Samay Raina Buried The Hatchet With Kusha Kapila, Months After Ugly Roast? Says, '...Kusha Yaar'

Samay Raina and Kusha Kapila grabbed all the headlines after the former's ugly roast on the influencer. Kusha has expressed her disappointment on the same, and she even blocked Samay on her social media handles. A month earlier, Samay, during an AMA session on Reddit had revealed that although they don't talk much, he and Kusha were on talking terms. And he seemingly hinted at burying the hatchet with Kusha recently, as he commented on her.

In a recent episode of Samay Raina's show, India's Got Latent, the comedian was seen taking a jibe at the influencer, Apoorva Makhija. Samay was seen taking digs at Apoorva by calling her, 'Prajakta Koli from Meesho.' Well, The Rebel Kid, Apoorva didn't sit quietly and gave it back to Samay by saying that Prajakta would never abuse him to his face. Well, Samay replied by saying that, but Kusha would do the same. Samay could be quoted as saying:

"Yes, but Kusha Kapila would, love you Kusha yaar."

Samay Raina talked about his equation with Kusha Kapila after his ugly roast on her

It was back in December 2024, when Samay Raina hosted an AMA session on his Reddit, wherein he was asked about his current equation with Kusha Kapila. He shared that his friendship with Kusha isn't the same as before, and they rarely talk. Samay further added that he had talked with Kusha recently, and it was pretty great. He wished to share a good laugh with Kusha about everything that happened by remarking that the day had time to arrive. He mentioned that he's fond of Kusha regardless and always will root for her success.

After the ugly roast of Samay Raina on Kusha Kapila, the latter was disappointed. She took a month to talk about the same and shared a note, wherein she expressed her hurt about the same. Well, Samay took to his IG handle and asked her fans to list down a few names as recommendations of the upcoming guests on his show. To this, one of the fans named Kusha Kapila. Replying to the same, Samay revealed that it would have been great and maybe he would invite Kusha to his show, but he wouldn't be able to tag her now on the post, as she had blocked him.

When Samay Raina roasted Kusha Kapila and crossed all the limits

Kusha Kapila, along with a few of her comedian friends and Samay Raina, graced the show, Pretty Good Roast Show Season 1. Moreover, Samay made some nasty digs at Kusha and crossed all the limits. He remarked that Kusha came from a broken home and that she should just send her pet, Maya, to her ex-husband, as the furbaby lives blissfully with Zorawar and is unhappy with her. He also made comments on Kusha's personal life, which was censored. Samay also ended up calling Kusha a 'gold digger'. Well, Kusha was extremely hurt about this, and she later also expressed her anger about the same.
