Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru's wedding buzz is all over the internet. Fans are in awe of Samantha's second wedding, which was extremely private at Linga Bhairavi temple at Isha Yoga Centre. The ceremony was traditional, and the ritual is called the Bhuta Shuddhi Vivaha, which is a form of consecration for marriage with origins in the Yogic system. Now, pictures of Samantha's mehendi ceremony are making rounds.
Two days after Samantha's wedding announcement, her best friend, Meghna shared photos from her mehendi ceremony. For the day mehendi ritual, Samantha kept it classy in a Banarasi yellow-hued suit and she teamed it with a mehendi green dupatta. She ditched heavy makeup and accessories and kept the look subtle.

In one of the photos, we could see Samantha showing off her mehendi to her groom, Raj, and he was busy capturing the design on his phone. In another picture, we could see Samantha laughing her heart out as she looked at Raj, who was busy capturing her. Samantha looked happiest during her simple mehendi ceremony. Sharing the pictures, Meghna wrote:
"What I saw is a love that uplifts yet steadies, listens yet strengthens, calms yet sets free. Watching you get married, I’ve seen a new kind of happiness in you @samantharuthprabhuoffl and I couldn’t be happier for you. I also have to say how lucky I am ..I gained a brother for life in Raj. Love you both so much. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness."

Samantha Ruth Prabhu's bridal mehendi artist, Arulmozhi Ilavarasu, revealed details about her mehendi. In an interview with ETimes, Arulmozhi revealed that the design was inspired by modern trends. She ditched the heavy mehendi design. Samantha was very clear about the kind of design she wanted, and her choice was a traditional touch with minimalist detailing. She said:
"Samantha was very mindful about getting a minimal henna design, which is a trendsetter, and for a special touch we hid the groom's name, Raj, in her henna. Opting for minimal designs makes them more visible and vibrant, and it adds more vibe to the overall wedding than doing full-hand henna. So, she was very specific about getting minimal designs and with traditional touch like the cap fillings."

The mehendi artist further revealed that her mehendi application took around an hour. She also revealed that Raj's name was subtly incorporated into the simple yet elegant pattern on Samantha's right middle finger. The artist said:
