One of the two furbabies was Hash, the pet that both Sam and Chaitanya adopted when they were together. Well, post their split, they continued to co-parent Hash. There had been several times when Chaitanya was reportedly spotted with Hash. Well, in the post on Reddit, Chaitanya was seen in the gym, with Hash, which left people believing that although the couple had chosen to go down separate ways as a husband and wife, they chose to co-parent their pet dog. As soon as the post went live, netizens rushed to the comment section and appreciated the ex-couple for doing the same.

One user penned, "Yes I guess. Although Samantha has 3 pets, 2 dogs and a cat, Hash (dog) was adopted when they both were together. It was in 2021, four days before their fourth wedding anniversary, that the couple announced their separation, leaving their fans heartbroken. Reports were also rife that she was offered Rs. 200 crore alimony after her split from Chaitanya, which she rejected as she only wanted love and respect from that marriage.
