Twinkle Khanna and Kajol have taken over the OTT giant, Netflix, with their celebrity talk show, Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle. And their first guest were Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, who share a close bond with the hosts, Twinkle and Kajol. During their fun banter, Salman and Aamir discussed their careers, controversies, and relationships.
During one of the segments of the show, Salman Khan shed light on his romantic relationships and also revealed when differences start to creep in. In his words:
“When a partner grows more than the other partner, that is when the differences start coming in; that’s when the insecurity starts setting in, so they both need to grow together. Both need to get off each other’s backs. I believe that.”
In the same conversation, Aamir Khan jumps in and asks Salman the reason behind his failed relationships. Answering Aamir, the Dabbang actor refrained from taking any names and took the blame on himself and said:
“Yaar, nahi jama toh nahi jama. If there is anyone to blame, I am the one to blame.”
Salman Khan’s first relationship was with the gorgeous actress, Sangeeta Bijlani, and the two were set to get married. However, despite their wedding cards being published, the wedding was called off, and if rumour mills are to be believed, Salman cheated on Sangeeta with actress, Somy Ali. While dating Somy Ali, Salman’s affair rumours with Aishwarya Rai made headlines, which led to his breakup with Somy.
One of the most controversial and talked-about relationships of Salman Khan was with former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai. The two were madly in love with each other before it turned ugly. Aishwarya publicly criticised her relationship with Salman, calling it abusive during a press conference. After all the drama, Salman got into a serious relationship with Katrina Kaif, but it couldn’t culminate in marriage. According to current speculations, he is dating Iulia Vantur, who is a frequent presence at their public and family events.

Earlier, in an interview with The Times of India, Salman had expressed his desire to become a father. He stated that he wanted to have a child, but for that, he needed to get married. Claiming that he is not husband material, the actor said that he was planning for surrogacy, but he couldn't do it because he felt that a child needs a mother. Elaborating more on it, he had said:
“I do want to have a child, but with child, the mother comes. And when the mother comes, big complications happen as I am not the husband material. I am the father type. I sometimes feel surrogate type ka ho jaye, but then look how close we are to our mothers so when the kid grows up he or she will ask maa kaun? They will then think that my father for his own selfish reasons has kept us without a mother."
What do you think about Salman Khan’s take on his failed relationships?
