Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan has often made headlines, for both his professional and personal life. The superstar who is currently hosting the reality show, Bigg Boss 19, was seen at the Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a few days ago, along with Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. Recently, a clip from the same has gone viral, which has stirred the internet.
A few days ago, the Sultan actor was seen at the Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A while ago, a clip from the same event went viral, during which the actor spoke about the growing global appeal of Indian cinema among South Asian communities. But what grabbed attention was when Salman Khan separated Balochistan from Pakistan. He was quoted as saying:
"Right now, if you make a Hindi film and release it here (in Saudi Arabia), it will be a superhit. If you make a Tamil, Telugu, or Malayali film, it will do hundreds of crores in business because so many people from other countries have come here. There are people from Balochistan, there are people from Afghanistan, there are people from Pakistan... everyone is working here."
The minute, Salman Khan’s clip went viral on social media platforms, a lot of users started wondering if it was a slip-of-tongue or was it intentional. One user of X (formerly Twitter) commented, "I don't know if it was slip of tongue, but this is amazing!" Another user wrote, "Even Salman Khan admitted that Balochistan is a separate country." A third user wrote, "I think now it is common in India to always talk Balochistan as separate country." Another user shared, "We really shouldn't expect geopolitical precision from Bollywood."

Salman Khan is one of Bollywood's most popular and celebrated actors. He was born on December 27, 1965, in a family with connection to the film industry. His father, Salim Khan is a famous screenwriter, while his mother, Sushila Charak is a homemaker. The Prem Ratan Dhan Payo actor has two brothers, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan and two sisters, Alvira Khan Agnihotri and Arpita Khan Sharma.
