Salman Khan School's 'Bigg Boss 19's Shehbaaz Badesha, Over Siddharth Shukla Fans' Support Remark

On the recent Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss 19, Salman Khan schooled contestants for their behaviour during the week. During this Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman addressed Shehbaaz's comments about former Bigg Boss 13 Winner Siddharth Shukla and his fans. Gaurav Khanna told Shehbaz Badesha that he was playing it safe by not being nominated yet. Shehbaz got irritated and said that even if he was nominated, late Sidharth Shukla's fans would save him. Viewers reacted negatively to this comment, and he has been slammed over this.

What did Salman Khan say during Weekend Ka Vaar?

During the Saturday episode, Salman called out Shehbaaz for taking Sidharth’s name and asked, “Aap bade confident hain ki Sidharth Shukla ke fans aapko support karenge." To which Shehbaz replied, “I don’t know, Sir, bahar support toh karte hain, humesha mere sath touch mein bhi hain, maine wo vote appeal ke liye bola hoga.” Salman further said:

“Shehbaz, main aapko yeh baat btaana chahta hoon, Sidharth ne jo bhi kiya hai show mein, aapne dum par kiya hai. Usne kisi ka naam nahi uchala hai aur aapka game, uske game ke 1% bhi barabar nahi hai. So do you really think Sidharth’s fans will support someone whose game isn’t even close to 1% of his? Do you think that Sidharth Shukla, God bless his soul, would have supported you, seeing the way you’re playing this game?”

Shehbaaz has been seen talking about the host, Salman Khan, as well, and claiming that he knows him well. During the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman asked him about their connection and how many times they had met in the past. He also advised him to keep him fun alive and not say anything offensive about anyone and not go below the belt. Salman said:

"You also stated that you knew me extremely well, which I heard you mention as well.  When did this happen?  I've only met you once or twice in my life, and it was during a shoot. You're humorous, and you have a terrific sense of humour, so use it wisely and don't go too personal.  You've had many truly humorous moments, but has your stock of jokes run out?  I advised you not to offend or go below the belt; I never said quit creating humour."

Divya Agarwal slams Shehbaz Badesha

Bigg Boss OTT 1 winner, Divya Aggrawal, also slammed Shehbaaz over his remark. In an interview with FilmyGyan, Divya said, “Play on your own merit.” She further added that Sidharth's fans belong to him. Divya also said that just because Shehbaaz knew him well and he has Sidharth's tattoo on, doesn't mean that his fans are bound to favour him. She also advised him to play his own game and use his own name instead of others'.
