'Anupamaa' Fame, Rupali Ganguly Reveals Her Husband, Ashwin Manages The House, While She Works

Rupali Ganguly is a popular television actress, who is best-known for her role in the much-loved serial, Anupamaa. Recently, she opened up about her married life and shared that her husband takes care of the house and their son. For the unversed, Rupali Ganguly has been married to Ashwin K Verma since 2013. 

Rupali Ganguly reveals the secret behind her healthy marriage

Recently, the much-loved and celebrated actress, Rupali Ganguly sat down for a conversation with NDTV, during which she opened up on how she maintains her work and personal life. When asked about the same, she revealed that she doesn’t manage things at home, rather her husband has taken the responsibility of the house and their son. Rupali was quoted as saying:

"The secret is, I don't manage anything at home. My husband does. It is because of him that I get to relax on set. It is because of him that I get to do fantastic work without stress... it is because of him. It was always a conscious decision that I would be at home with him. I never wanted him to be taken care of by helpers. And look at it today-when I get to be here on set, work, and be part of another family, Ashwin has taken charge of our family."

During the same conversation, Rupali Ganguly spoke about her husband, Ashwin and described him as a very supportive man. Further, the much-loved actress explained that if Ashwin had not supported her, she wouldn’t have been the person she is. In her words:

"Today, when I get to be here on set, work, and be part of another family, Ashwin has taken charge of our family. If Ashwin had not been there, I wouldn't exist. I don't think we could do this without a supportive husband."

Towards the end of Rupali Ganguly’s conversation with NDTV, the actress got emotional while talking about her husband and revealed that their son has got the best father in this world. She explained that even if she would touch his feet ten times a day then also she would not be able to thank him for everything he does. Rupali Ganguly had shared:

"God has been very, very kind to me that he gave my son the best father in the world."

Rupali Ganguly reveals her children wouldn’t have passed if she taught them

The Sarabhai vs Sarabhai actress was then asked about her academic skills. To which she mentioned that she is not good in academics, which is the primary reason why her husband teaches their son. Being completely honest, the actress shared that she does not even know the exam syllabus of their son. Rupali also said, "I don't even know what my child's exam syllabus is. If I had been at home instead of Ashwin teaching my son, he wouldn't have passed."
