Rinku Singh And Samajwadi Party MP, Priya Saroj To Get Married, Engagement Date Revealed

After making a name for himself in the Indian National Men's Cricket Team, Rinku Singh is all set to embark on a new journey in his life. The cricketer is going to get engaged to Samajwadi Party MP, Priya Saroj. As per reports, the wedding is going to be a big and lavish event, befitting the couple's popularity. However, before the wedding, the date and venue of the engagement soiree have been revealed. 

Rinku Singh and Priya Saroj To Get Engaged In June 2025 

Kolkata Knight Rider's Rinku Singh and the youngest MP of the Samajwadi Party, Priya Saroj, will get engaged on June 8, 2025. As per reports, the event will take place in a hotel in Lucknow. Though the exact location is not known, reportedly, the hotel is luxurious and is studded with seven stars. Sources also revealed that the wedding will take place on November 18 at the Hotel Taj in Varanasi. 

The ring ceremony will only include close family and friends. Meanwhile, the wedding will be attended by politicians, sports stars, industrialists and also film stars. The wedding is going to be both lavish and traditional. With so many celebrities from different fields of work attending the wedding, it is surely going to be a much-anticipated event for the public. 

Rinku Singh and Priya Saroj met through a mutual friend

Priya Saroj's father and Samajwadi Part MLA from Kerkat, Tufani Saroj, had revealed to PTI that the young MP had met Rinku through a mutual friend, whose father is a cricketer as well. The couple had liked each other but wanted their family's consent to get into a relationship. As a result, both of their families met each other to come to an agreeable decision. 

Back in January 2025, MLA Tufani had said that both his and Rinku's family had a 'meaningful discussion' regarding the future of their children. He stated that both the families had reached a mutual decision and formed a marriage alliance. However, the MLA had said back then that no ring ceremony had taken place, and the families had just talked. 

Rinku Singh's soon-to-be fiancee, Priya Saroj, is the youngest woman MP 

Everyone is aware of the cricketer, Rinku Singh, especially his performance for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2025 and his stardom as a sportsman. His soon-to-be fiancee, Priya Saroj has many achievements of her own and has made her family proud with her political prowess. She is the youngest woman MP and won the seat of Machhlishahr at the age of 25 only, during the Lok Sabha elections. 

MP, Priya Saroj holds an L.L.B. and was also a lawyer at the Supreme Court of India. She did her schooling in New Delhi, at the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute. Both MP Priya and Rinku have aced in their perspective professions. Their marriage is going to be a great mix of political intellect and sports stardom.
