Deepika Padukone is enjoying some of the best moments in her personal life at the moment, since the diva is all set to embrace motherhood for the first time. For the unversed, she is expecting her first child with Ranveer Singh, and their baby will arrive sometime in September 2024. Ahead of it, Deepika hasn’t been off work for a single moment, and even in her nursing phase, she has been fulfilling all her pending professional commitments to the core. However, it is quite unfortunate to note how she, has also been receiving a fair share of unnecessary criticism from nay sayers, who feel that her pregnancy is fake.
Quite recently, Deepika Padukone graced the trailer launch event of her upcoming film, Kalki 2898 AD, clad in a ribbed, body-hugging black dress and high heels. However, it seems the diva’s choice of attire has raised quite a few eyebrows, as certain nay sayers on the internet have called her out for wearing heels at such a delicate stage of her pregnancy. And now, actress and fellow expectant mommy, Richa Chadha came out in Deepika’s support. Well, as a social media influencer recently dropped a video of Deepika’s appearance in the event and slammed haters for their views, Richa, agreed to the same and commented under the post. She wrote:
“No uterus, no gyaan.”

Well, Richa Chadha and her husband, Ali Fazal, too, are expecting their first child. The diva recently won tremendous applause for her performance in the series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Moreover, much like Deepika, Richa too has been completing all her professional commitments before she welcomes her bundle of joy into the world. Earlier, during a conversation with Filmygyan, Richa rallied her thoughts about her soon-to-be-born child and expressed how she believes the little one has already brought a lot of luck for Ali Fazal. She mentioned:
“I really hope so. I think certainly pregnancy has been very lucky for Ali (Fazal). Suddenly he signed 4-5 films and then got a lot of international auditions also, queries from abroad. It was quite interesting for me to see. Actually, it's a blessing, you can't plan these things, when it happens, it happens.”
A few days back, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted in London together, wherein the parents-to-be enjoyed some secluded moments with one another, before their little one arrived in the world. In the several pictures from their vacation that surfaced, Deepika and Ranveer could be seen twinning in black ensembles, as they held each other’s hands and walked through the streets of London.

Previously, while chatting with NDTV Swirlster, celebrity fitness trainer, Anshuka Parwani spilled beans on the kind of fitness training the mommy-to-be, Deepika Padukone has been undergoing at the moment. Anshuka mentioned how the actress has taken a holistic approach at the foremost, ensuring preparation for a healthy baby. She added:
“It's not only how she is looking at the outside, and with Deepika, she is so in tune with herself so it's beautiful to work with someone who is already aware. So we are looking at a healthy time in her life where she is enjoying her pregnancy, she is moving, she's so active."
