Recently, the comedian turned actor captured hearts with the Netflix show, The Great Indian Kapil Show, which brought back both Sunil Grover and Navjot Singh Sidhu. However, when the show ended, a lot of fans were disappointed. Well, netizens have a reason to celebrate now, as the teaser of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4 has been dropped. 

Netflix announces the release date of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4

On December 3, 2025, Netflix took to its official Instagram handle and shared the trailer of Kapil Sharma’s upcoming chat-show, The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4. The short teaser opens with Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda dressed in police uniforms and there are small glimpses of Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover and Navjot Singh Sidhu. 

The cast revealed that the show is all set to return on Netflix from December 20, 2025. Even though, all the details regarding the cast and guests were kept under the wraps, the short teaser generated buzz online and made fans curious. However, what grabbed attention the most was Sunil Grover mimicking Navjot Singh Sidhu. The caption of the fun teaser can be read as:

"Humne socha ek “save the date” hum bhi bhej de. Season 4 of The Great Indian Kapil Show, streaming from 20th December, only on Netflix!"

As soon as the release date of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4 was announced by Netflix, a lot of users shared their thoughts on the same. While some expressed their happiness on the return of the show, others appreciated Sunil Grover's mimicry. One user commented, "Kb se wait kr rhi hu finally."
