Rekha Wore Priyanka Chopra's Wedding Necklace From Sabyasachi For Her Brother, Siddharth's Big Day

Priyanka Chopra returned to India for her brother, Siddharth Chopra and Neelam Upadhyaya's wedding. The actress was simply in seventh heaven as her baby brother hopped on the marital couple's train. The wedding was super lit, and we got a lot of fashion inspiration for the sister of the bride and groom, courtesy the global icon, Priyanka and her choice of clothing. However, it was Rekha, who marked her presence at PC's brother's wedding, and her choice of jewellery left us wondering if she borrowed the actress' wedding necklace.

On February 7, 2025, Siddharth tied the knot with Neelam, and the Chopra's invited their close family and friends. Nita Ambani, along with her daughter-in-law, Shloka Ambani, marked her presence. Another one who arrived in style was none other than Rekha, who shares a close relationship with Priyanka. 

Rekha was dressed up in an ivory-toned saree, and she accentuated her look with an exquisite diamond necklace from ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee's jewellery collection. However, the mammoth necklace instantly reminded us of Priyanka's wedding necklace, which she wore at her Hindu wedding with Nick Jonas in 2019. For the unversed, Priyanka has worked with Rekha in the 2006 film, Krrish.

Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra, Priyanka Chopra's cousin, also attended the wedding. Her absence from Siddharth's wedding left people wondering if all was not well between the Chopra sisters, but Parineeti arrived in style with her husband, Raghav Chadha, and she looked just perfect. She wore a short, red, sparkly coat style with a red bralette top underneath. Parineeti teamed with a floral beige-toned lehenga skirt, and ditched the dupatta.

Talking about Priyanka's look, she wore a pretty sworvski-embellished lehenga with a heavily flared lehenga skirt. It was teamed with a corset-style blouse with tassel-detailed one-shoulder sleeve. 

Priyanka accessorised her look with a diamond-emerald neckpiece and matching stud earrings. Subtle makeup with dewy cheeks and highlighter completed her look. It was her early 2000s bun hairstyle with crystal adornment that was the cherry on the cake. In a video, we spotted Priyanka helping the bride to get on the stage. However, the moment she met her, she warded off the najar on her and gave her a warm hug.

Siddharth Chopra and Neelam Upadhyaya's love story

Coming to Siddharth and Neelam's love story, it was Priyanka, who proudly took the credit for the same. In an interaction with Harper's Bazaar India, revealed that her brother, Siddharth, met Neelam due to her. She revealed that it was her business investment in one of the dating apps, Bumble. Talking about it, Priyanka said:

"We took it to India, which was cool because my brother met his fiancee on the app. For once, he was grateful for something I did! They’re so cute. I love love. I missed out on that one. I was like, ‘I need to meet a real person, organically.’ Maybe I’m old-fashioned that way."
