The news of Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers splitting up was met with widespread shock. The former couple had appeared on the reality show about their family life, Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, just three months before announcing their separation. They had been married for six years. In the two seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during which Denise was part of the cast, Aaron was seen a few times at family gatherings.

Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif's separation was aired on RHOBH

Adrienne and Paul were part of three seasons of the show. And whenever they were seen on the screen together, the two would argue. In 2012, they announced their separation in the season 3 finale. The former couple shared three sons, and their divorce battle was messy. Adrienne accused Paul of abuse, and they also fought over custody. However, years later, the exes worked on their co-parenting relationship and are amicable now.

Yolanda Hadid revealed on the show that her marriage to popular music producer, David Foster, was over. This shocking news came amid her battle with Lyme disease. A year after their split, her ex got engaged to Katherine McPhee. As a result, David was bashed by fans for leaving a sick woman. However, in his documentary, David Foster: Off The Record, the music producer said that although he would never reveal the real reason behind their separation, he wasn't one to leave a sick woman.

Taylor and Russell had been the subject of separation rumours since season one. However, they had denied the speculations. Nearly a year later, Taylor filed for divorce from Russell and also accused him of domestic violence. Their divorce was never finalized as Russell died by suicide a month after Taylor filed the papers. She shares a daughter with her late husband.
