Raveena Tandon is one of the finest actresses of her generation. Known for contributing to the Indian cinema with some of the most iconic films, the actress continues to win hearts nevertheless. Most importantly, she was recently awarded the Padma Shri Award, as per recognition of her unparalleled contribution to cinema.
For the unversed, Raveena Tandon is happily married to popular film distributor, Anil Thadani. The duo got married in 2004 and are blessed with two children, Rasha and Ranbirvardhan. Interestingly, Raveena was the second wife of Anil, who was previously married to Natasha Sippy, who parted ways on a bitter note right before he met Raveena and they started dating.

When it comes to her personal life, Raveena Tandon is a fearless woman who can fathom any limits for her family. The proof of the same was found when she had a fateful encounter with her hubby, Anil’s ex-wife, Natasha. For the unversed, it was during Anil’s rough patchy period of marriage with Natasha when he met Raveena and fell in love with her. Moreover, it was Raveena who helped him to sail through the difficult times.
It so happened that after a few years of their divorce, Anil and Natasha came face to face again at a common party arranged by ace director, Ritesh Sidhwani. However, the happy event turned out to be a complete disaster when Natasha and Raveena started to get into a sordid argument, to such an extent that Raveena ended up throwing a glass of grape juice at Natasha. Moreover, it was reported that Raveena was irked by Natasha’s attempt to get close with her ex-husband. In an interview with Masala Magazine, Raveena opened up on this anecdote and mentioned she never felt sorry about it. In her words:
“I don’t regret what happened. My husband Anil is the purest, cleanest person after God and my father. I won’t allow anyone to cast aspersions on him. Any insult to him is an insult to me. No one can sully my family and get away with it."

Well, much like the two sides of a coin, this argument, too has, a different version to it from Natasha’s side. In an interview, Natasha blatantly called Raveena insecure and distasteful. Recalling how the glass thrown on her face had hurt her, she mentioned:
“I had gone along with a group of friends to the New Year’s party at Ritesh Sidhwani’s place. I wasn’t even bothered about Anil and Raveena and was doing my own thing. I was with Ritesh’s cousin and since there were only two sets of sofas at the place, we decided to sit on one. Now if Raveena is so insecure that even if I am five feet close to her husband, she loses her cool, what can I say? Then she threw a glass at me. I moved out but she continued with her yelling. Later, I realised that my finger was bleeding as the glass had cut my skin."
Raveena Tandon is a strong willed woman who makes sure her voice and opinions are heard straightforward, be it in her professional or personal life. In an old interview with Tweak India, Raveena had once spilled beans about that one condition she set before she decided to get married to Anil Thadani. Calling her life to be a full package deal, she mentioned how she at the very beginning ensured that anybody who would love her would also have to accept all the other things in her life which she was associated with. In her words:
"Yes, there were moments where people always thought that I'm taking on excess baggage because I was not settled well yet but my mantra was always – if someone had to love me, they had to love me. I come as a package deal – they have to love me, my girls, my dogs and my family."
