Rashami Desai is one of the most popular actresses in the Hindi TV industry. She became a household name for her role as 'Tapasya Thakur' in the Hindi soap opera, Uttaran. The show not only made her an overnight star but also helped her find her true love, Nandish Sandhu. For the unversed, Rashami tied the knot with Nandish in 2011. However, after almost four years of marriage, their marital bliss hit a rough patch, and they parted ways in 2016. Now, on June 29, 2025, Rashami Desai spoke her heart out and shared her concerns about life.

Rashami Desai reveals that the last week has been harsh on her

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Rashami shared a video of her where she has been speaking her heart out. The Uttaran actress revealed that over the last week, she has been going through a lot. She shared that there has been some health issues that she had to face. Rashami also shared that she has been facing a lot of criticism for no reason. Sharing her concern about her life, Rashami said:

"Hey guys, it’s been very unfortunate since last one week, I’ve been going through a lot. I don’t know why am I doing this, but I feel like doing it. Thought of sharing certain things. Absolutely fine, I won’t lie to you. Health concerns are there, but there are lot of casualties that is happening. A very questionable situation that I am in. I am also facing a lot of judgements for no reason."

Further in the video, Rashami also shared her concern about not knowing the problems that her near and dear ones have been facing. She also questioned her fans whether they were also going through the same thing. Before ending the video, Rashami stated that this may be the reason for not being able to know others’ problems, because everyone has their own issues to deal with. In her words:

"I have no idea that ki why people I know is going through so much and I am not aware of it. Are you also going through the same thing? Okay jo apki bohot karibi hai, yeah jinko aap bohot aache se jante bhi hain and they have the journey, they are going through something but you are aware of it. Because you have your own issues to deal with. But is it correct for whatever we are doing. Is that right?"

Rashami shared the IG story after two days of her Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant, Shefali Jariwala’s sudden demise. It seemed like Shefali’s death had indeed left a harsh impression on the hearts of everyone who knew the actress closely. For the uninitiated, Shefali passed away on June 27, 2025, due to a cardiac arrest. Her last rites were performed on June 28, 2025, at Mumbai’s Oshiwara Crematorium. Rashami Desai was one of the several celebrities who attended Shefali’s funeral.
