Ranveer Allahbadia has been all over the news since his stint on Samay Raina's show, India's Got Latent. His one crass remark on the show has left his huge fan following in shock. Ranveer is known for his podcast, which features sadhus, saints, politicians, and people from the entertainment world. After this, he received a huge backlash from celebrities. While everyone is trying to pull him down and call him names, let's not forget he has achieved a lot in his life and worked hard to reach the place. Also, he is an alumnus of the prestigious school, Dhirubhai Ambani International School.

When Ranveer Allahbadia re-visited his school, Dhirubhai Ambani International School

Like every young child with big hopes and dreams, Ranveer, too, wanted to revisit his school after achieving something in his life. He got the chance to visit his school again in 2023 and gave a speech to inspire the students. Ranveer revealed that he passed out in 2009, after which he was returning to his school in 2023.

Ranveer's only dream was to become something before coming back to a place that nurtured him and turned him into the person he was. In the clip, Ranveer shared his beautiful childhood moments, and he even interacted with his teachers, who remembered him so well. Later, Ranveer even posed with the school students and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

Sharing the video, Ranveer penned a heartfelt note. He wrote how some days are extra special. The content creator further expressed gratitude to the school that taught him a lot of things in life. His note can be read as:

"Some days are just that little extra bit special. Visiting the institution that made me everything that I am today! My gratitude towards my school can never be expressed in mere words. These are a few highlights from the one day of my life where I was short of words! What a memory! Dare To Dream, Learn To Excel"

When Ranveer Allahbadia's question on India's Got Latent got him in a legal soup of troubles

According to reports, during his appearance on the show as a judge on the panel, Ranveer went overboard in order to grill a contestant. He questioned the contestant whether they would watch their parents get intimate for the rest of their lives or join them once and put a stop to it. He received more hatred as children of all ages watched the show. For a split second, even Samay Raina was left surprised with Ranveer's strange question. Another judge was quoted as saying: 

"Kya ho gaya hai Ranveer bhai ko?"

Ranveer Allahbadia apologised for his statement 

On February 10, 2025, after the issue was blown and Ranveer got massive hate from across the nation, he released an apology video. He stated that his comment was not even funny and was just inappropriate. He added that comedy wasn't his forte, and he just wanted to apologise. Ranveer went on to say:

"My comment was not just inappropriate, it was not even funny. Comedy is not my forte. I am just here to say sorry. Many of you asked if this is how I wished to use my platform and obviously, this is not how I wish to use it. I am not going to give any context or justification or reasoning behind whatever happened. I am just here to apologise. I personally had a lapse in judgement. It was not cool on my part."
