Ranveer Allahbadia, AKA "Beer Biceps," is all over the headlines right now, and almost everyone is aware of its reason. However, for the people who are living under the rock, the famous YouTuber copied Sammy Walsh's joke about 'parents' intimate moments', which she said on her podcast, OG Crew's Truth or Drink. The YouTuber dropped this awkward joke on Samay Raina's show, India's Got Latent. On the panel, Ranveer sat alongside Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, Apoorva Mukhija, and the show's host, Samay Raina. When Ranveer dropped the 'parents' joke', almost everyone was in absolute shock and disbelief.

What followed was an FIR lodged against Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina from Maharashtra Cyber Police and Assam Police. A total of around 30 people were booked under section 67 (transmission of obscene material in electronic form) of the Information Technology Act. Meanwhile, Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija recorded their statement at the Khar police station in Mumbai. Punjabi singer, B Praak was the first celebrity to publically announce that he had cancelled his podcast with Ranveer Allahbadia. Soon, Indore Police filed a complaint against Ranveer Allahbadia and started an investigation.

Ranveer Allahbadia shared an apology, but things went downhill as Maharashtra's Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, demanded action. Dhruv Rathee and Gaurav Taneja also slammed Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina's 'Dank comedy'. The big development in the case came on February 12, 2025, when Samay confirmed that he had removed all the episodes of India's Got Latent from his channel. Things didn't stop there, and Rajpal Yadav, Boney Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and AR Rahman also reacted to the controversy.

Gautam and Swati are also the co-founders of Rotunda, a human reproduction health services centre. The infertility specialist shared that he started his clinic and semen processing lab in the garage of his building. Gautam's father was a gynaecologist, and his mother was an anaesthetist who supported their son in his dream of opening a sperm bank. In 1996, Gautam finally opened his sperm bank, and by 2000, he had grown it by 30 to 40 times.

After some time, Gautam Allahbadia took a loan and started an IVF centre called Rotunda. Fast forward to 2025, Gautam's Rotunda is India's only LGBT-friendly clinic. It has 40 active egg donors and a large in-house sperm bank. The top reproductive endocrinologist is working towards detailed and hardcore research to take IVF to the next stage.
