'Tu Dis Painda' Singer, Rajvir Jawanda In Critical Condition After A Major Road Accident Near Baddi

Punjabi music has always had a special place in the hearts of the listeners, because of its energetic beats and soulful voices. Fans of Punjabi music industry were still not over Siddhu Moose Wala's tragic death and there is another setback for them. Popular Punjabi singer, Rajvir Jawanda, who is known for songs like Jogiyan, Dheeyan, Sukoon and more has met with a major road accident.

Rajvir Jawanda is in critical condition

Punjabi singer, Rajvir Jawanda reportedly met with a major road accident near Baddi, while travelling towards Shimla. Reportedly, the singer was given immediate first aid and was rushed to Fortis Hospital, Mohali and allegedly, he is in a critical condition right now. According to multiple reports, the accident left the singer with severe head injuries. 

The news has drawn immediate response from the Punjabi music community and all his fans. Reportedly, several singers like Kulwinder Billa and Kanwar Grewal have reached the hospital to be with Rajvir and his family. As of now, there have been no official statements by the singer or anyone close to him. 

Rajvir Jawanda’s last Instagram post before road accident

Hours before the reported road accident, Punjabi singer, Rajvir had shared a video showing the beautiful location of a lake on his Instagram handle. He completed his post by adding his recent song, Tu Dis Painda in the background. In the video, the singer can be seen in a black t-shirt, denims and a hat. He captioned the reel as:

"No one will understand, what is the matter between you and me. If I don't remember you. Tell me which moment is that."

Fans wish for his recovery on social media

As soon as the news around Rajvir Jawanda’s road accident went viral on social media platforms, a lot of fans took to their social media handles to wish him a speedy recovery. One fan commented, "Waheguru mehar kare." Another fan wrote, "Critical condition das rhe a waheguru ji mehar krn maa pio da sher brga puttsahi salamat ghar a jawe dhan guru Ramdas ji." Apart from fans, music artist, Kamal Grewal penned, "Waheguru chardi kala rakhey bhut wadia insaan hai Rajveer."

Rajvir Jawanda is a popular Punjabi singer and songwriter known for soulful vocals. He was born and brought up in Punjab. He started his career with folk and devotional traditions before moving into mainstream Punjabi pop. The singer began releasing music in the mid-2010s, and slowly gained popularity with songs like Sardaari, Mera Dil, Rabb Karke, Zor and more. On Instagram, the singer has 2.4 million followers.
