Punjabi singer, Rajvir Jawanda, was known for his songs such as Kangani and Chakvi Mandeer. He lost his life in a tragic bike accident that took place near Baddi in Himachal Pradesh back on September 27, 2025. Now, an old video of the late singer purchasing his BMW R1250 GS Adventure bike has surfaced, and netizens are discussing how the Indian roads might have contributed to his demise. His last video of purchasing a BMW R1300 GS Adventure – Option 719 has gone viral on social media.

Rajvir had once purchased the famous  BMW R 1300 GS Adventure - Option 719 in August 2025. The bike is priced at around Rs. 31 lakhs, and in the throwback video, Rajvir was seen sharing his joy with his fans. He was seen entering the BMW showroom wearing blue jeans, a green shirt, a watch and a cap with glasses. Rajvir then posed with his bike, signed the papers, unveiled it, sat on it, and also cut a cake. Even the BMW showroom from where Rajvir purchased the bike shared his pictures with his ride and wrote:

"Known for his soulful voice and unstoppable energy, he now rides a machine that matches his spirit bold, powerful, and built for greatness. Welcome to the BMW Motorrad family, Mr Rajvir! Here’s to many unforgettable miles and memories ahead."

Netizens blame Indian roads for Rajvir Jawanda's last ride

The video of Rajvir joyfully unveiling his bike now has his fans pouring in emotional tributes and angry reactions. Fans have blamed India's poor road conditions for his demise. A user seeing the viral video wrote, "I don't know him but still feeling sad, we should be ashamed of ourselves that we can't provide decent roads to our people." Another user commented, "The condition of Indian roads, particularly highways, has also faced criticism."

A user also tagged the National Highways Authority of India and commented, "Why is no one talking about the pathetic condition of the Pinjore-Nalagarh highway? This is not an accident - it's murder by corruption." The statement highlights wider anger towards authorities responsible for road maintenance and safety standards. There were others who commented, "And no matter how many deaths occur on our roads, there is still zero effort made into making our roads safe with a strict licensing process and proper enforcement of traffic laws."

Social media users feel stepping outside has become dangerous after seeing Rajvir Jawanda's bike accident tragedy

Rajvir met with his demise a month after he purchased the BMW bike. Netizens did note how he was s wearing protective gear and a good sturdy helmet but yet got unlucky. Others also felt that stepping outside homes has become risky for Indians. Death is lurking all around. One can end up as a victim in a road accident, life is cheap. In India, road accident deaths are more than all other kinds of deaths, shared many netizens on X.

Rajvir Jawanda was laid to rest on October 9, 2025, at his native village in Pona, which is located in the Jagraon district of Ludhiana, Punjab. His demise left the entire music industry mourning, and many artists from the Punjabi music industry poured emotional tributes on social media. Rajvir seemed to love high-end bikes, but his demise got more focus on road safety in India.
