Famous veteran journalist Rajat Sharma's daughter, Disha Sharma, tied the knot with Sudarshan M.J., who is a legal professional from Tamil Nadu. The wedding was held as per the traditional South Indian rituals. The celebrations were attended by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and many more.

On April 4, 2026, Rajat Sharma's daughter, Disha Sharma, got married as per a traditional South Indian ceremony in Mumbai. It was a star-studded celebration with Salman Khan arriving with his sister, Arpita Khan and her husband, Ayush Sharma. The actor posted alongside Rjat and was engaging with his family in the most cordial way. The superstar looked handsome in a black formal suit. 

Shah Rukh Khan also attended the bash with his manager, Pooja Dadlani. The actor showed off his salt and pepper look while posing with the newlywed couple. He was dressed up in a black bandhgala ensemble. The bash was also attended by Home Minister Amit Shah and the director Bhushan Kumar.

The couple was seen performing the rituals of marriage. However, one notable moment of the celebration was how Rajat Sharma performed his daughter's kanyadaan.
