The food vlogger has a massive fanbase on social media; she has 620K followers on Instagram, 376K subscribers on YouTube, and 949K followers on Facebook. For the uninitiated, Rajani Jain rose to fame when her video series titled "Aaj Mere Husband ke lunch box mein kya hai" went viral on the internet.

The food content creator is extremely popular on social media due to her recipes, which are easy and super delicious.

Rajani Jain is currently trending all over the internet, but due to an extremely painful reason. For the uninitiated, on February 18, 2025, Rajani Jain took to her Instagram handle and posted her son, Taran Jain's picture, along with a heartbreaking note that was about his tragic death. In the first slide, we can see Taran holding some trophies in his hand and below that picture, there's an epitaph that reads, "8 August 2008 - 17 February 2025".

In the second slide, we could see a note in which Rajani Jain confirmed that she lost her 16-year-old son in a road accident. The ace food content creator requests her followers to pray for her son's new journey in the afterlife. Soon, several netizens dropped their heartfelt condolences in the comment section. While one user wrote, "What are you saying?? This is very shocking!! I am so so sorry for your loss." Another netizen commented, "I can't believe if it is true. There are no words to describe what you both are going through".

Almost three hours after informing everyone about the tragic demise of her 16-year-old son, Taran Jain, the doting mother, Rajani Jain, shared the details about the shok sabha. The famous food content creator revealed that the shok sabha will be held on February 19, 2025, from 10 am to 11 am at Chhatarpur's Terapanth Bhawan. It is heartbreaking to see Rajani and her husband, Sangeet Jain, enduring the biggest pain of their lives.

It's impossible to imagine the kind of trauma they're experiencing at the moment after losing their only child. Time and again, we have seen Taran Jain making frequent appearances in his mother, Rajani Jain's videos. It was a treat for the viewers to see this mother-son duo's cute interaction in the videos.

On February 5, 2025, Rajani Jain shared an Instagram Reel in which we saw her son, Taran, and unfortunately, this is now his last appearance on her mother's IG handle. We hope God gives immense strength to Rajani and her husband, Sangeet Jain, for dealing with the biggest loss of their lives.

On the painful day of shok sabha, some netizens spotted Rajani Jain’s emotional comment on one of the posts featuring her cutesy picture with Taran Jain. In the comment, Rajani Jain wrote, "Guttudi mumma needs you…" and it simply broke everyone’s hearts.

On February 19, 2025, Rajani Jain took to her Instagram stories in the evening and shared a heartbreaking picture. The picture was from Rajani’s son, Taran Jain’s shok sabha, and featured a picture of the youngster with a garland. It was so painful to see such a young kid’s photo being adorned by a garland.

Her way of storytelling has also contributed heavily to her success as a food content creator.

Talking about Rajani Jain's YouTube journey, she started her channel, "Chatori Rajani", on YouTube back on November 24, 2007. Since then, she has uploaded 2,023 videos and now has a subscriber base of 377K subscribers. According to a report in Idiotic Media, Rajani assembled her favourite recipes into a culinary book, "Chutney and Achar", which helped her gain huge fame and recognition.

The report further shared that Rajani Jain charges around 50K to 60K for a YouTube short, Rs. 1.5 to Rs. 2 lakhs for a dedicated branded video, and Rs. 80K to Rs. 1 lakh for an integrated brand video. Idiotic Media’s report doesn’t feature any official proof to support these figures, which is why it’s difficult to make any remarks on Rajani Jain’s earnings from content creation.
