There is no denying the fact that celebrities are trolled and have to face a lot of negative comments. Same is the case with Priyanka, but she has never paid heed to such negative comments. In a recent interview with Sunday Times, PeeCee opened up about the same and said, “Just because I'm famous, don't I have the ability to be proud of being a newlywed without people saying that I'm using my marriage? I gave up my right to privacy when I became a public person, it's the deal you make with the devil. But trust me, there are lots of things I still keep personal.”
Then she was further asked to comment on being labelled as a “global scam artist” which suggested that Priyanka’s motive behind getting married to Nick was to help her career. On the same, the international sensation was quoted as saying, “I didn't comment on it at the time. But I went up to the hotel room to find Nick, Joe, Sophie Turner and my mum furiously responding to the article on their phones. They were like, 'These b*******! How dare they?' I thought, 'I'm having a great moment, nothing is going to burst my bubble'.” (Also Read: 'Baghban' Actress Arzoo Govitrikar Divorce Update: Granted Restraining Order Against Husband)

Later, a source close to the couple had stated, "These are all cooked-up stories just to create an unnecessary stir and sell copies. Priyanka and Nick are happily married, but it’s saddening to see how people are targeting the couple ever since they tied the knot. And if it was an April Fool’s prank, it was a terrible one for sure." And then, a representative had said, "Once she makes up her mind to deal with negative rumourmongering, nothing can stop her. Priyanka will let loose her legal team on this news-manufacturing tabloid and ensure they get to their knees."
On a chat show named, The Daily Show, Nick had opened up about why he felt she is the ‘one’ for him. Nick was quoted as saying, "So many things. I could go into all of it and get all mushy but, I think the thing that really connected both of us is our love for family and faith and the importance of being connected to those who are always going to be there for you. We found that in each other as well, which is a beautiful thing. I'm excited to start our life together."
