The COVID-19 pandemic has hit us hard with millions of people losing their lives. It is said that it is adversely affecting the people, who are already dealing with some kind of illness, and thus they need to take extra precautions. People are scared to get contracted with the virus, yet, as they say, life goes on. With the lockdown being lifted and life getting back on track, it becomes even more important to take every necessary precaution. Priyanka Chopra Jonas has now shared how she protected herself and her hubby, Nick Jonas from the virus owing to their health issues. For the unversed, in August 2018, Priyanka Chopra had announced the news of her roka with Nick Jonas and had gotten married with him at Umaid Bhawan Palace as per both Christian and Hindu rituals on December 1-2, 2018. Since then, the couple has been giving relationship goals to the millennials. As the Coronavirus had shut everyone in their homes, #Nickyanka was also locked in their home. Now, the actress has shared the precautions she is taking to keep herself and her hubby, Nick Jonas safe!

In conversation with ETonline, Priyanka Chopra Jonas shared that she is asthmatic and Nick Jonas is Type 1 diabetic, so they have to be very cautious and take precautions. She shared, “We’ve been very, very safe actually, because Nick is Type 1 [diabetic], and I’m asthmatic. So, you know, we’ve just been super careful about who we interact with and how we do it.” She further shared that the husband and wife had decided to make their quarantine productive. She added, “I’ve been doing a lot of developmental stuff and producing a bunch of work, so actually quarantine has been very, very productive for both me and Nick.”
Earlier, in a conversation with Vogue, Priyanka had imparted that she was learning how to play the piano, and her husband, Nick had become her in-house teacher during the quarantine. She had said, "I've also started the piano—I make my husband teach me. I've never played, but I've always wanted to learn an instrument, so I make him give me a half-hour or 45-minute lesson every day." Priyanka had also revealed that Nick was happy to help her acquire a new skill set and had also doubled up as her in-house physical trainer and writing partner. Other than all this, Priyanka had opened up about learning hip-hop as she was missing dancing. She had said, "I've taken a hip-hop dance class too, because I miss dancing!" Priyanka and Nick had spent their quarantine, romancing each other as the couple was busy with their social media PDAs. On April 23, 2020, Priyanka had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared two sun-kissed pictures of herself on the occasion of Earth Day. Priyanka had kept her hair open with no makeup. Along with the pictures, Priyanka had written, “We may be apart right now, but Earth keeps us connected. This is our home. Let’s heal Mother Earth together. #EarthDay #EarthDayEveryDay.” Nick, bestowed by his wife’s beauty, had commented with heart-eyed emoticons on Priyanka’s post.

On August 17, 2020, the actress had informed her fans that her memoir is complete. On October 2, 2020, Nick had taken to his IG handle and had shared a picture of the cover of Priyanka’s memoir, Unfinished.
