The pair had been engaged for 2 years, and according to Reddit, Prakhar had said multiple times that he wanted his marriage to happen in Phuket.

The couple celebrated their big day at Prakhar's family house, and they did not expect the party to go on for so long. It was post 3.30 a.m., and their friends still celebrated. Claudia shared feeling home, to which Prakhar had shared:

"The best part is how naturally integrated Claudia feels, especially also in the Indian ways, with my friends and family. This ceremony was a mark of just how effortless things have been with her for years.”

Claudia and Prakhar met back in the United States when the podcaster was there for his further studies back in 2021. Their first meeting was like some good romantic comedy, a cute meeting that was all things unplanned. Claudia always knew in the back of her mind that Prakhar was the love of her life. Prakhar shared of meeting with a friend for a pregame as everyone was going to a concert. Claudia added:

"I had actually just moved to New York with my best friend, who was living there at the time, and she introduced me to Prakhar’s friend. So we met at a pregame before the concert at a really nice rooftop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn."
