Prajakta Koli's Reception Look: Turns Nepali Bride In A Red Saree, Teams It With 'Sindoor, Tilhari'

Prajakta Koli, a famous actress, influencer, and author geared up in her personal life, as she got married to the love of her life, Vrishank Khanal. The couple's wedding photos were enough to send everyone into a collective meltdown. The gorgeous actress and her husband donned Anita Dongre's customised outfits. Well, while she ditched the OG bride's colour, red, for her wedding, she opted for the same hue for her reception look. We recently stumbled upon an unseen photos from Prajakta's post-wedding party, and her look for the same simply melted us over.

Prajakta Koli turns into a Nepalese bride as she dons a red saree for her reception

For her post-wedding party, MostlySane, Prajakta Koli donned a red-toned Nepalese wedding saree. For the unversed, Prajakta's hubby, Vrishank, is Nepali, and the gorgeous actress made sure that she pays tribute to her husband's Nepalese roots. The red-toned saree had golden leafy work all over, highlighted with green hues. She teamed her saree with a matching blouse with golden borders. Well, Prajakta also wore a Tilhari around her neck. For the unversed, Tilhari is a Nepalese mangalsutra, and during the wedding, the grooms tie the same around the bride's neck, which the women continue wearing as a symbol of their marital status.

Along with her red saree, Prajakta donned a statement choker, matching earrings, and bangles. A soft and dewy base of makeup, a red bindi, sindoor, and open hair added stars to her look. Vrishank, on the other hand, looked handsome in a white-toned kurta pyjama set, which he wore with a topi and a brown Nehru jacket.

Prajakta Koli looked like a vision in her dreamy wedding dress. Her wedding dress was in a soft golden hue, and it was adorned with hand embroidery and handpaints. She wore it with matching choli and dual dupatta, in addition to Anita Dongre jewels. Talking about her wedding dress, Prajakta shared that the only thing, she didn't want to do was to wear red, and Anita Dongre could turn her dream into reality. She added that the lehenga had the handpaints of the Parijaat flower, which is also meaningful as the actress' name is derived from the flower. She also revealed that the dress was crafted in Jaipur by an artist who works in the Palace.

For her haldi, Prakjakta Koli looked pretty in a white-toned sharara set. On the other hand, for her mehendi, she wore a skirt set from Anita Dongre, which was crafted by women artisans of SEWA. In some more glimpses, Prajakta was seen looking pretty in a red-toned kurta pyjama set. She turned into a Marathi beauty for her sangeet. In a word, each of her looks screamed elegance and gorgeousness.
