Women Artisans Hand-Embroidered Prajakta Koli's Mehendi Dress, Jewels Were Handcrafted In Rajasthan

Prajakta Koli is all set to get married to the love of her life, Vrishank Khanal on February 25, 2025. The gorgeous actress recently dropped a series of photos from her mehendi ceremony. And, oh boy, the happiness on her face was simply unmissable. Prajakta and Vrishank opted for customised Anita Dongre outfits for their mehendi ceremony. Well, recently, some details about Prajakta's outfit surfaced online.

Prajakta Koli's mehendi outfit was hand-embroidered by women artisans

Prajakta Koli donned a gorgeous skirt set, custom designed by Anita Dongre, for her mehendi ceremony. Prajakta's green-toned dress was a forest-inspired zardosi set that featured forest motifs all over. Keeping the base of the dress in tissue and velvet, it's prepared with zardozi, thread, and sequin embroidery.

For the unversed, the exclusive piece that Prajakta donned was handcrafted by the women artisans of SEWA, which is an organisation that empowers women financially and sustains their treasured craft. Along with her dress, Prajakta wore jewels from Anita Dongre, which were handcrafted in Rajasthan. On the other hand, Prajakta Koli's fiance, Vrishank Khanal looked handsome in an ivory-toned sherwani from Anita Dongre. The kurta and pyjama were simple, and they wore them with an embroidered nehru jacket.

In the glimpses, Prajakta could be seen dancing in joy with her fiance and family members, and the photos were enough to speak volumes about the blast they had.
