Prajakta Koli Talks About Life After Marriage With Vrishank Khanal, 'I Think I'll Take Some Time...'

Weddings are an important milestone in anyone's life, and there are chances that a few things may not go as planned during a grand celebration. The year 2025 began on a good high note with many celebrities tying the knot for a 'happily ever after'. Among them, one of the most awaited weddings was of influencer, actress, and author, Prajakta Koli with her fiance, Vrishank Khanal. They tied the knot in a carefully planned private wedding at Karjat, and every inside picture from the 'big day' went viral in no time. In a new interview, Prajakta opened up about her life after marriage.

Prajakta Koli recently sat down for an interview with Hindustan Times and opened up about her grand wedding and marriage with Vrishank Khanal. She revealed that everything is new since they tied the knot a few weeks ago. Also, she and Vrishank had to resume their work from where they left it before marriage, so nothing significant happened in their post-marriage life. In her words: 

"It's barely begun. I got married less than a month ago. Just a couple of weeks after the wedding, both Vrishank and I had to return to work, and we had to kind of start picking up where we left off. Slowly, slowly, I think it'll take some time, and so far, I'm having a great time."

The diva, who has been basking in the joy of her wedding, expressed how her wedding was nothing short of a magical experience. Prajakta revealed that everything about her special day was perfect and just how she and Vrishank wanted it to be. Rather than any fuss or chaos, they could enjoy their big day, which was carefully planned by Vrishank and their wedding planners and took more than six months. Sharing the same, she said: 

"Actually, everything, because everything was perfect. It was OUR kind of perfect. It was exactly what we wanted."

Every bride and groom has certain plans for their wedding, and Prajakta shared that she and Vrishank were able to do everything they wanted for their wedding. They spent time with their loved ones, had fun and ate lots of relishing dishes. At the same time, she hinted at her viral wedding clip of her dancing and revealed that they had their share of beverages and other drinks. Recalling some significant memories, the Mismatched actress said: 

"We danced our hearts out. We sang our favourite songs at karaoke. Every function was memorable. It was OUR version of perfect. So no, I wouldn't say it was too good to be true — because it was very much true."

Prajakta Koli and Vrishank Khanal’s love story 

Prajakta Koli was 18 when she met Vrishank Khanal, a lawyer from Nepal. The couple met through a common friend during a Ganpati Puja while still in college. Gradually, the two began talking and fell in love over time. In an interview with Cosmopolitan India, Vrishank mentioned that Prajakta's simple and humble nature won him over. Despite demanding careers threatening their bond, they communicated and made things work for everyone. The couple have been together for more than 12 years now and tied the knot in a nature-inspired wedding at Oleander Farms, surrounded by their friends and family.
