Armaan Malik and his two wives, Payal and Kritika Malik, participated in Bigg Boss OTT 3, but the audience didn't like it. They slammed the makers for promoting polygamy and sending the wrong message to society. While Uorfi Javed supported the trio, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Rakhi Sawant criticised them. Now, as Payal is out of the BB house, she has been giving it back to the people who made hurtful comments about them.
In a candid conversation with the ETimes, Payal Malik bashed Rakhi Sawant and asked her to mind her own business. She added that Rakhi should sort out her own marital issues first, hinting at her multiple marriages. Payal also mentioned that Rakhi has been hiding in Dubai because of the legal case going on against her in Mumbai. Lashing out at Rakhi, Payal said:
"I would like to tell Rakhi Sawant that Rakhi ji pehle aapne joh rishtey banaye hain, unko clear kariye. I don't know how many times you have got married ek baar, do baar, teen baar yaa char baar. Mujhe nahi pata hai, so I feel she should clear that first. I've also heard about her that she is currently hiding in Dubai, absconding from Mumbai, because there is a legal case going on against her. So pehle aap apni issues ko resolve karo... phir dusre ki life mein taang adao."

Speaking along the same lines, Payal further mentioned that people who don't have work in the industry are currently using their name to get attention. She mentioned that Rakhi thinks that talking about their controversy will get her work in the industry. Payal was heard saying:
"In our case, it is happening that people who don't have work right now are commenting about our relationship. Jin logon ko kaam nahi mil raha hai industry mein woh sochte hain ki kisi ki cheez uthake main controversy mein aajaaungi toh I will get some work. So there are many people right now who are doing this."
Earlier, Uorfi Javed shared a post on her IG handle to support Armaan Malik and his two wives, Payal and Kritika's polygamous marriage. She mentioned that she met Armaan, Payal, and Kritika, and they are happy in their unique relationship, so people should not pass judgement. Later, Rakhi Sawant slammed Uorfi over her support for Armaan Malik's polygamous marriage and asked her if she would be okay if her husband brought another wife after her marriage. She further added that Uorfi should refrain from speaking in this matter as she has no experience in marriage and how things work.

When Armaan Malik’s first wife, Payal Malik, was evicted from Bigg Boss OTT 3 during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, his reaction caught everyone's attention. She looked extremely disheartened when Anil Kapoor announced the decision, and she had tears in her eyes. However, Armaan was seen smiling while Payal made her way to the main door. Keeping his cool, Armaan bid his wife farewell and gave her a hug. He said:
