Parul Gulati CHEATED By Her Executive Assistant, Claims She Took CASH And NishHair Products

Parul Gulati is the epitome of beauty and brain. At the age of 30, she has a successful acting career and a business. She knows how to manage her money and a team, which she had built on immense trust. But recently, Parul was cheated by her executive assistant. The actress shared a post on LinkedIn and revealed the details of it.

Parul Gulati revealed her executive assistant cheated on her 

On July 21, 2025, Parul took to her LinkedIn account and shared the incident of how she found out about her assistant's cheating. In the post, she mentioned that she was cheated by her assistant, who was working with her for the past year. She handled her communication, errands and transactions. However, she has terminated her employment due to multiple incidents of theft and serious breaches of trust. Parul wrote:

"I was cheated by my assistant and here's what happened... My executive assistant for the past year, handling communication, errands, and transactions. We’ve now terminated her employment due to multiple incidents of theft and serious breaches of trust."

Parul added that she found cash and Nish Hair products missing repeatedly, and she discovered in the possession of her assistant, Swara Parekh, without her consent. Parul also added that her assistant even shared her credit card details with someone outside the organisation. She added:

"Cash and Nish Hair products were repeatedly found missing, and we recently discovered both in her possession without authorisation. She also shared my credit card details with someone outside the organisation. Upon further inquiry, we learned she had similar money-related issues at her previous workplace as well. This has been a difficult but important learning experience for me as a founder. Trust is essential, but so is due diligence. I’m sharing this in the spirit of transparency not to point fingers, but to remind fellow entrepreneurs and teams to stay vigilant. Thank you for your continued support and understanding."

The internet reacted to Parul's ugly encounter

Soon, the internet commented on Parul's post. One user wrote, "It's very strange how people after getting such a good opportunity to work start cheating their bosses and doing shady stuff, something similar happened with Alia Bhatt as well where her PR Manager was found guilty. Apart from being a phenomenal actress, she is also an entrepreneur with a wide vision and amazing business plans. She is the founder of Nish Hair, a hair extension business that she started in 2017, and which she also won an investment for when she appeared on Shark Tank India in 2022. Recently, Parul shared her business idea of turning her Goan home into an Airbnb rental. However, people of Goa are not happy with her vision, and they have slammed her for it.
