Parineeti Chopra is one of the most talented actresses in the Hindi film industry. The actress has been grabbing a lot of limelight with her role as 'Amarjot Kaur' in Imtiaz Ali's film, Amar Singh Chamkila. Talking about her career in Bollywood, Parineeti stepped into the Hindi film industry back in 2011 with the movie, Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. Apart from that, she was also seen in several movies, such as Ishaqzaade, Shuddh Desi Romance, Hasee Toh Phasee, Kesari, and Golmaal Again. In her personal life, Parineeti is married to the AAP MP, Raghav Chadha. In a recent interview, Parineeti talked about her internship days, when she had to line up interviews for other actors and actresses.

Parineeti Chopra recently sat for an interview with Raj Shamani, wherein she recalled her internship days. The actress shared that she did promotions for Rani Mukerji, Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor for their films. Parineeti also added that she had to line up interviews for these actors and even order coffee for them. Sharing that her last film as an intern was Band Baaja Baarat, Parineeti mentioned:

"I did promotions for Rani for Dil Bole Hadippa, Deepika Padukone and Neil Nitin Mukesh for Lafangey Parindey, and Anushka and Shahid Kapoor for their film Badmaash Company. I would line up interviews for these actors and order coffees for them. My final film as an intern at the studio was Band Baaja Baarat."

Parineeti Chopra recalls signing a three-film deal with Aditya Chopra after leaving her job

Going further in the interview, Parineeti Chopra shared that after she left her job, she instantly got a call from Aditya Chopra, who wanted the actress to sign a three-film deal. Talking more about the same, Parineeti mentioned that Aditya saw her videos and felt that she could carve a space in the industry. Stating that she was featured in her first film, Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, a month later, Parineeti revealed:

"A few days later, after I left the job, I got a call from Adi (Aditya Chopra) and I wondered why he was calling. He sat me down and told me that he wanted to sign a three-film deal at Yash Raj. I kept wondering what was happening. When he saw the video, he felt I could be an actor and so something in this industry and he just signed me for a three-film deal. I was on Ladies vs Ricky Bahl a month later."

For those who don't know, Parineeti Chopra is a cousin sister to the global star, Priyanka Chopra. Being related to someone in the industry has a lot of debate, especially on nepotism. Parineeti, on Raj Shamani's podcast, was asked about the same and revealed if she ever had any unfair advantage because of being linked to Priyanka Chopra. To this, Amar Singh Chamkila actress stated that if she would get any kind of unfair advantage for being related to Priyanka, she would not have any flops and any lows in her career for ten years.

Talking more about the same, Parineeti Chopra, added that although being related to someone in the industry can bring advantages like first chance and first audition, everyone in the industry has their fair share of struggle, and everyone is on their own. Parineeti mentioned that it can be difficult for an outsider to survive or that being related to someone can only make people live on their own in the industry. She also added that even nepotism didn't matter, only favouritism was an issue.
