Pankhuri Awasthy and Gautam Rode is one of the most adorable couples in the television industry. After being in marital bliss for quite some years, they embraced parenthood for the first time in their lives with the arrival of their twins on July 25, 2023. The doting parents named their little ones Radhya and Raditya. Since then, being avid social media users, the loving parents keep delighting their fans with every bit of their parental journey and also bless our feeds with cutesy glimpses from the kids' growing period.
Taking to her IG stories, Pankhuri Awasthy shared a cute glimpse of her twin babies, Radhya and Raditya's Annaprashan ceremony. For the unversed, in Hinduism, the Annaprashan ceremony marks the infant's first intake of cooked rice, and thus, the ritual is celebrated with extreme enthusiasm among all Hindu families. Thus, giving a sneak peek into her kids' ceremony, Pankhuri showed two little shoes worn respectively by her daughter and son. Her IG story also featured a silver bowl with two silver spoons. Moreover, we can spot stains of milk-rich food in the bowl which seemed that the kids savoured the kheer made up of rice and milk with great taste.

During Rakshabandhan in 2023, Pankhuri and Gautam had collaboratively taken to their respective IG handles and shared a beautiful glimpse of their twin babies. It was the first Rakshabandhan for Radhya and Raditya after arriving in the mortal planes, and their doting parents didn't miss the chance to drool millions of hearts with their cutesy moment. In the picture, their baby girl was seen tying the first-ever rakhi on her baby brother's hand. Though the babies' faces were not visible in the photo, they looked cute as buttons in ethnic kurtas.
It was on September 9, 2023, when Pankhuri resumed her work for a new commercial post-embracing motherhood. Ahead of that, in an interview with the ETimes, she explained her experience of leaving her kids home and resuming work. She mentioned that although she had taken up small projects by now, she felt guilty about leaving her twins behind and going for shoots. Moreover, she said that due to her professional commitments, she had to sleep in a different room than her twins, which in turn made her very upset.

In the same conversation, Pankhuri talked about having severe postpartum depression in the first two weeks after her delivery. Talking about the same, the actress revealed how she used to get emotional at many small events in her life. However, it was then her darling husband, Gautam, who helped her deal with the phase. Praising Gautam for looking after their kids and her, Pankhuri expressed:
"The first two weeks post-delivery were not that great for me. I used to have these random spurts of getting emotional at the smallest of things. At that time I didn't know why it was happening. Gautam (Rode) really stepped up at that time and was there for me and for the kids too."
