One of the most talented and sought-after actors of Bollywood, Pankaj Tripathi is on cloud nine as his recent film, OMG 2 is getting rave reviews from the audience. The talented actor played a significant role in Agneepath, starring Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra and Rishi Kapoor. In a recent interview, Pankaj revealed how he fainted in one of the scenes.
In a recent interview with Mashable India, Pankaj Tripathi opened up about shooting his death scene in Agneepath and its aftermath. In his words:
“In that scene, since he had to stab me 3-4 times, I held my breath because I didn’t know how a person felt when he is stabbed. So, if you watch that scene closely, you will see my eyes are completely red.”

In the same interview, the actor recalled how he fainted after having a blackout. Sharing details about the same, Pankaj said:
“I remember in the second or third take, I fainted and fell. While the camera was rolling, I had a blackout and I fell because I must have held my breath for too long. So, a few people came to pick me up and when I woke up, I saw so many people were surrounding me.”
Pankaj is one of the finest actors in Indian cinema, who has often proved their versatility with diverse roles. An NSD graduate, Pankaj Tripathi made his Bollywood debut in 2004 with minor roles in the films, Run and Omkara. He rose to fame as the antagonist, 'Sultan Qureshi' in Gangs of Wasseypur.

When Pankaj was chasing his dream to become an actor, it was his wife, Mridula, who happily become 'the man of the house' and worked as a school teacher to support their family. Pankaj has often credited his wife for his success. In a conversation with The Better India, Pankaj Tripathi once said:
“If you ask me about my struggle, I don’t have any sad details like sleeping on a footpath or starving for days. That’s because my wife, Mridula, had taken over the entire responsibility of the house. In fact, I tell everyone that she is the man of the house.”
