Shweta Tiwari’s daughter, Palak Tiwari had become a sensation with her song, Bijlee Bijlee with Harrdy Sandhu. Today, the actress enjoys a huge fanbase on social media, and she is loved by many. From her appearances at parties to industry events and gym to casual looks, Palak never fails to garner the limelight. While her fans praise her for her looks, sometimes, she also becomes a victim of trolls. Now, the actress gave it back to the trolls in a sassy manner.
Recently, Palak Tiwari had turned showstopper for designer, Eshaa Amiin at the Bombay Times Fashion Week 2022. For the event, Palak had looked gorgeous in a floral dress and had complemented it with yellow boots. However, a section of social media users had trolled her brutally and had posted mean comments for her. While some had called her nervous and skinny, others had slammed her for being over-confident.

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Palak Tiwari opened up about the nasty trolling that she faces on a regular basis and revealed that she never pays attention to it. Palak mentioned that people will never be happy with her looks and questioned the unrealistic expectations of the audience. She shared:
“It doesn’t affect as much as people think it should because I have realised that they will never be happy and I said this in an earlier interview as well. They have made a circle for themselves. They are like ‘these celebrities get so dressed up, what are they doing, where are they going?’ Chalo, I comes out simple. Then they say, ‘she looks like this. Who will give her work? Aisi toh meri dost dikhti hain. Toh dost dikhti hai is the point, right.’ You want someone on screen that represents you. Why is that a bad thing? Why is it bad if sometimes we look like you? Sometimes we have flaws. Why is that you want someone to be impeccable when you are not?"
Further in the interview, Palak talked about how people criticise an actor, who opts for beauty enhancement surgeries and said that such people should keep their mouths shut. Adding that their opinions do not matter to her because the trollers are not happy with themselves, Palak said:
"We are representing you and but we are perfect, give in to this and people want to be their best self and get things corrected, even then they are like ‘so fake, Oh My God plastic’. Just shut up, what are you talking about? They have got it done, now they feel like their best self , you have issue with that as well because now they don’t represent you? What do you want? So, they will never be happy.”

Palak also spoke about body shaming and shared how people call her skinny. Explaining that people even fat-shame a size medium, which is considered an ideal body size in India, the actress added:
“When you are too skinny, they have an issue because ‘Oh My God, you are such a mass of bones’ but if you are voluptuous if you have some mass to yourself (they say) ‘What is wrong with her? Has she not been dieting?’ It’s the same toxic circle of people never being happy so I don’t think it makes any sense paying heed to that.”
On the work front, Palak will be next seen in the movie, Rosie: The Saffron Chapter.
