Palaash Muchhal Was Caught In Bed, Beaten Up By Female Cricketers, Reveals Smriti Mandhana's Friend

Indian cricketer, Smriti Mandhana and music composer, Palaash Muchhal’s cancelled wedding in November 2025 garnered a lot of media attention. The exact reason for cancelling the wedding was not revealed, but there were many rumours about it. Many reported that Palaash cheated Smriti with another woman, others stated that Smriti’s father fell sick all of a sudden. Now her friend revealed the explosive reason behind it.

Palaash Muchhal was caught red-handed with another woman in bed

As per a recent report by Hindustan Times, Smriti Mandhana’s friend and producer, Vidnyan Mane, made serious allegations against Palaash and revealed that he cheated on Smriti. He also revealed what exactly happened at the wedding and stated:

“I was at the wedding celebrations (November, 23, 2025) when he was caught red-handed with another woman in bed. Bhayanak scene tha, he was beaten up by the Indian female cricketers. The entire family is chindi chor. I thought he’d get married and settle in Sangli, but it has completely backfired on me.”

Palaash Muchhal blackmailed Smriti Mandhana’s friend, Vidnyan Mane

Vidnyan Mane, in the same interaction with HT, revealed that he is Smriti’s childhood friend and that he was introduced to Palaash by the Mandhana family. He accused Palaash of cheating him with Rs. 40 lakhs in connection with an investment in an unreleased film. He has filed a complaint against the music composer in Sangli.

Vidnyan also revealed that the family started blackmailing him after he refused to invest more in the family and blocked him from everywhere after the wedding was called off. Elaborating more about it, he said:

“When I met his mother (Amita Muchhal) last month, she said the budget to release the movie has now increased to Rs. 1.5 crore. They asked me to invest another Rs. 10 lakh or I wouldn’t get any money back. They started blackmailing me and threatened to throw me out of the film, thus I was forced to file a complaint. I have saved all proofs including my chats and phone conversations that I’m willing to share with the police and the media.”

Palaash Muchhal and Smriti Mandhana were all set to get married on November 23, 2025. However, on the day of the wedding, reports claimed that the wedding was postponed due to Smriti's father, who had suffered a medical emergency. Amid the fiasco, several reports stated that Palaash had allegedly cheated on Smriti. A girl named Mary D'Costa shared screenshots of flirty messages that she allegedly received from Palaash Muchhal.

Finally, Smriti shut all the noise by announcing that her wedding with Palaash has been called off. Soon after Smriti called off her wedding with the latter, he released an official statement confirming the same and also called the cheating allegations baseless rumours.
