Terrorists Singled Out Hindus: Asked 1 To Recite Islamic Verse, Pulled Man's Pants To Check Religion

The Pahalgam terror attack claimed 26 innocent lives. For the unversed, it was on April 22, 2025, when, at 3 p.m., a group of terrorists attacked the tourists who were enjoying the scenic beauty of Baisaran Valley in Pahalgam. Reportedly, the terrorists singled out the Hindus and shot them dead. After the horrifying incident, several details made rounds on social media. The deceased's family members have recounted the brutal way their husbands, fathers, and brothers were killed, and it left the entire nation in shock.

The terrorists asked the male tourists to remove their trousers to confirm their identity

As per the reports, the gunmen asked the tourists about their religion and identity and targeted them based on the same factors. A widowed wife revealed that the attackers approached her husband after spotting chooda in her hand, and then assassinated him brutally. The survivors also shared that some male tourists were asked to remove their trousers by the terrorists as they wanted to confirm their religion by checking their private parts before killing them.

It was also reported that the terrorists fired a total of 50 rounds, and each firing lasted from 3-5 minutes. A woman recalled the horrific incident that took her husband's life. She shared that her husband was shot in the head, and before the same, the terrorists asked him about his religion, and then, they pulled his pants to confirm that he was a Hindu before brutally killing him. The widowed wife lamented:

"My husband was shot in the head and killed simply because he wasn’t a Muslim. They asked his religion, pulled down his trousers to confirm he was Hindu, and then shot him dead."

Terrorists asked a Pune-based businessman to recite Islamic verse before killing him

On the other hand, a Pune-based businessman, Santosh Jagdale, and his family members were in Pahalgam. The businessman was shot dead in front of his daughter's eyes. Recounting the horrifying incident, his daughter shared that she and her parents took shelter in the nearby tents when they heard the firing and thought it was due to the fight between the local police and the attackers.

Well, later, the attackers reached at the nearby tents. The attackers screamed, "Chaudhary, tu bahar aa jaa." The businessman's daughter revealed how the attackers blamed his father for supporting Narendra Modi. After that, the attackers asked Santosh to recite Islamic verse, and when he failed to do so, they shot him dead. The attackers also killed the businessman's brother in front of their family. The businessman's daughter revealed:

"They then asked my father to recite an Islamic verse (probably the Kalma). When he failed to do so, they pumped three bullets into him, one on the head, one behind the ear and another in the back."

Navy Lieutenant, Vinay Narwal was killed brutally just because he was not a Muslim

A heartbreaking video from Pahalgam made rounds on social media, where the widowed wife of Navy Lieutenant, Vinay Narwal was seen recounting how her husband was killed by the attackers. She shared that she and her husband were eating Bhelpuri, when the terrorists spotted them, and just because he was not a Muslim, he was shot dead. For the unversed, the Navy officer got married only a week ago, and arrived in Jammu on April 23, 2025. Recently, another video went viral, wherein Vinay's last rites were seen being performed, and it was Himanshi who was seen breaking down in tears.
