Noah Cyrus Breaks Silence On Bond With Sister, Miley Amid Family Fued Rumours, 'She Was Like..'

Noah Cyrus is the youngest sibling of the famous Cyrus family. There is a long-running speculation that there are tensions between Miley, Noah, and their parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus. Later, some hints by Miley confirmed the same, but now Noah has shared a different opinion. As the youngest member of the clan who grew up watching her family in the spotlight, she insisted that the Cyrus family remain a strong group together.

Noah Cyrus opens up about her bond with Miley Cyrus 

Everyone knew Miley Cyrus from her teens when she played the iconic role of Hannah Montana. While attending award shows and red carpets, the diva was often spotted with her younger sister, Noah. However, there were often speculations about the bond between the sisters and the family behind the scenes. Recently, Noah sat down for a conversation with People and explained that when Miley's career took off, she was 5. As a result, she still saw things from the perspective of a kid and didn't think about learning from it. Recalling how she looked at Miley, Noah said:

"I didn't really look at what she was doing as, oh, I am learning from this. She was just like her sister, who came home and lived at home." 

Noah admitted that it wasn't until she was older, around 16, that she truly noticed the success and difficult lessons in Miley's career. Those experiences made her learn what to do, what not to do, and how to handle situations where someone might be taken advantage of. She also highlighted the age gap between her and Miley as a reason for her unique perspective. In her words:

"When she started Hannah Montana, I was 5, so by the time she was done with Hannah, I wasn't even driving a car yet. By Bangerz, I was only 13. I was just growing up while she was really doing most of her career so far. I really saw her from the perspective of a sister and a kid."

Apart from her bond with Miley, Noah also talked about the situation in her family, especially after the public interest grew in her family. It all happened after her parents parted ways in 2022. Noah admitted that the media coverage of the whole situation was intense, but it didn't affect their bond. She explained that she has grown up watching such reports being circulated in the media and understands that what is seen in headlines isn't always true. For those unaware, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, who tied the knot in 1993, divorced in 2022 after nearly 30 years of marriage. Moreover, Tish tied the knot with Noah's alleged ex-Dominic Purcell. 

Miley Cyrus opened up about her family reconciliation

On one hand, where Noah brushed off the speculation, Miley, earlier this year, admitted that they had issues, but solved them over time. During her stint on the Reclaiming podcast, she explained that the reported rifts were simply part of normal family challenges following her parents' divorce. "Half of us weren't speaking to each other at one point, and we cleaned all that up," she said. The actress even admitted that she had ended her feud with her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, which stemmed from his divorce from her mom and engagement to a woman of nearly Miley's age. Sharing the update on her Instagram, Miley penned:

"In my thirties, family is my priority above all else. I'm at peace knowing bridges have been built and time has done a lot of healing."
