Mukesh Ambani's wife, Nita Ambani, is 60 but is fit as a fiddle. It was on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2025, that Nita had a message for women to take care of themselves. It was never too late to begin. For Nita, wellness has always been the top priority, and it is her fitness coach, Vinod Channa, who creates and sets her workout routine. Yes! You read it right. Nita recently shared a video where she was seen doing different yoga asanas, stretching, and breathing exercises under the guidance of Vinod.

Vinod, who has trained Anant and Isha apart from Nita in the Ambani family exclusively, in an interview with BollywoodShaadis, shared that Nita always listens to the workout advice given by him and even at 60, she is self-motivated to work hard. Vinod did share that when he trains people above 50, especially women, everything has to be looked into, as different people have different lifestyles.

Nita Ambani's latest workout video on International Women's Day went viral, and it was her coach, Vinod, who set the exercises for her. During an exclusive interview with BollywoodShaadis, he revealed that women above 50 need to look after their nutrition and know about their calcium level; otherwise, even if one's form and range of motion are perfect, one will face injury as bone gets brittle.

Vinod also shared that nutrition needs to be perfect, as muscle buildup reduces with age. He shared that bone density reduces due to lack of movement. It is important to do weight training, have a good diet, and balance power, stability, and mind and body coordination. Vinod exclusively revealed that Nita is unstoppable at 60 and said:

"The workout is set by me. She is working out. She works very hard and is ready to work out. Whatever I am saying, she follows and because of that, she is able to reach the target."

Vinod, who handles A-listed clients, shared that people only work on flexibility, which does not add to the fitness journey. He has seen people feel that a post-50 workout is not needed. He said they do not understand that a workout is required, as he feels you are older, not because of the age, but because of lack of movement.

Nita has always been a strong advocate of holistic wellness. Her trainer, Vinod, was further asked if it was advisable to work out in the morning or night and shared that one can work out at any time of the day. Apart from training Nita, Isha, and Anant Ambani, he has also trained Ananya Birla, Shilpa Shetty, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shilpa Shetty Ayushmann Khurrana, to name a few. He has worked very hard to acquire his clients who are all celebrities. He shared:

"Workout weight training depends on the body part, like arms, shoulders, stomach, back, and legs. Male female ke liye same hai. Yoga hai for mobility stretch, mix and match karna padega after 40-50. Jinki flexibility kam hoti hai unko har cheez mei takleef hoti hai. Aapki mobility kum hogi toh movement mei zyada strength lagta hai. Zyada power ki zarorat padti hai. Uske pehle weight training mobility mei allow karna padega."
