Throughout Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding festivities, which started earlier this year, one person who has stood out from the crowd with her extravagant sartorial picks has been Nita Ambani. The businesswoman-turned-philanthropist has repeatedly mesmerised everyone with her traditional chic, which showcases the beauty of Indian culture.
On July 16, 2024, popular Indian designer, Manish Malhotra shared details of Nita Ambani's look from Anant and Radhika's second wedding reception. For the ceremony, the gorgeous Ambani woman opted for a tissue Banarasi saree handcrafted with an intricate Kadhwa technique, featuring a real zari border. It was also adorned with gold and silver zari embroidery across the pallu.

She paired her six yards of sheer elegance with a handwoven purple brocade blouse. Two artisans made her opulent saree in 70 days. Meanwhile, Nita Ambani wore some exquisite diamond jewellery to accentuate the beauty of her overall look. Sharing the immensely beautiful pictures of Nita Ambani, Manish penned:
"The graceful & beautiful Mrs. Nita Ambani in a @swadesh tissue Banarasi saree draped in traditional Gujarati style. Hand Crafted with the intricate Kadhwa technique, a tradition that involves hand-weaving each motif individually, taking 70 days to complete by two skilled weavers, standing as a tribute to the artistry and dedication inherent to our country’s craftsmanship. The saree features a real zari border, is paired with a handwoven purple brocade blouse and is adorned with exquisite gold and silver zari embroidery across the pallu as well."
For Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding reception titled 'Mangal Utsav,' Nita Ambani opted for a custom pink multi-resham kadhwa floral woven brocade saree embellished with intricate real silver embroidery. She paired it with an archival blouse adorned with real silver zari. Nita Ambani accessorised this regal saree with some of the most expensive pieces of jewellery.

Nita Amban opted for a custom Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla royal outfit, comprising a hand-embroidered Zardozi ghagra featuring hand-embroidery inspired by the architecture and temples of Kashi, a jewelled blouse featuring hand-embroidered jhumkaas all over and auspicious elephant motifs on the sheer back.
Her choli also included the names of her children, Akash, Isha, and Anant, and her grandchildren, Krishna, Aadiya, Prithvi, and Veda. The hemline was also adorned with some Sanskrit shloka. Moreover, the highlight of Nita Ambani's ethnic attire was her heavy dupatta, which featured heavy zari work.
