Ahead of the grand celebrations at the Jio World Convention Centre, Nita Ambani delighted everyone with her surreal look for her son's big day. The groom's mother personified elegance in a bespoke saree by one of her favourite designers, Manish Malhotra.
Ahead of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding, Nita Ambani opted for a bespoke saree from Manish Malhotra's collection and decked up NMACC in the themes of Kashi. The entire decor at the venue was managed by the talented artisans, karigars, and craftsmen of Varanasi. The businesswoman paid tribute to India’s rich cultural heritage by showcasing a spectacular embodiment of the holy city of Varanasi on her drape. Ahead of the celebrations, Nita slipped into a timeless 28 chauk jaal Rangkat saree featuring delicate floral motifs and vibrant zari embroidery.

Nita's special look was designed and styled by Manish Malhotra in association with Swadesh, and it marked an homage to the incredible craftsmanship of India’s master artisans. Her authentic Rangkat saree took over six months to weave. Nita paired her drape with a heavily embellished, lime green-hued blouse with tassel detailing. Channelling her inner diva, she opted for a gajra-adorned braided hairdo, a bindi, bangles, and soft makeup to accentuate her look.

On July 10, 2024, the Ambanis hosted an extravagant mehendi ceremony for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. For the event, Nita wore an exquisite royal blue-hued saree from the shelves of ace designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Her peacock-inspired saree had motif and zari embroidery throughout its span and featured intricate detailing on the borders. She paired her green and blue drape with a heavily-embellished golden blouse. To accentuate her look, Nita Ambani opted for glam makeup, a French bun hairdo, and a massive kundan diamond and gold necklace with matching earrings.

For Anant and Radhika's Pithi ceremony, Nita Ambani opted for a Hyderabadi kurta and Khada dupatta from the shelves of ace designer, Manish Malhotra. Her exquisite outfit had antique zari and zardozi embroidery and an intricate silver-gold Chatai technique border inspired by Hyderabad's Nizam culture. Nita paired her regal look with huge diamond jhumkas and maang teeka. She completed her look by adding a small red bindi and leaving her tresses open.
