Netizens Are In Support Of Dipika Kakar After Her Ex-Employee Tried To Bash Actress For Firing Her

Dipika Kakar, a famous Television actress, took a long break in her career after getting married to Shoaib Ibrahim. Back in 2023, the couple welcomed their baby boy. It was in 2024 when Dipika moved back to her professional front and launched her clothing line, which later she had to halt as she got a chance in the cooking reality show, Celebrity MasterChef. Well, while Dipika is winning hearts with her skills, one of her ex-employees came forward and tried to bash the actress by sharing her traumatic experience of working with her and getting fired afterwards.

Dipika Kakar's ex-employee got bashed by netizens for trying to tarnish the actress' reputation

Recently, Dipika Kakar's ex-employee, Saniya, took to her YouTube and slammed the actress for her behaviour. Saniya accused Dipika of firing her within 10 days after hiring her because the actress got an opportunity in the cooking show. As soon as the news went viral, netizens rushed to the comment section to share their opinions. Although Saniya shared her pain and the circumstances she had faced, netizens supported Dipika Kakar.

Reacting to Saniya's allegations, netizens penned how the actress had been really professional and shared the truth with her, while others slammed the ex-employee and asked her to find another job, instead of blaming the actress, who clarified everything already.

Some users also backed Saniya, and stated how she had to relocate and arrange her life, thus how it could have been traumatic for her. Reacting to Saniya's claims, one user wrote, "So what's wrong in that, she did what she had to......it's not government job......I don't know why ppl are making it as a news....." Another user commented, "In the WhatsApp message Dipika has clearly explained her situation and too very politely. Clearly this lady made this video to attract attention at the cost of harming Dipika’s reputation."

Dipika Kakar's ex-employee, Saniya made serious allegations against the actress

Saniya, who worked for 10 days with Dipika Kakar for her clothing line, took to her YouTube, and through a vlog, revealed what she had faced. Saniya shared that she was working with a startup in Delhi when Dipika had chosen her to work with on the actress' personal clothing brand, and it made her feel overwhelmed. She added that things were really sweet in the beginning and suddenly turned sour. Saniya moved to Mumbai and stayed in the same flat where the actress lives, and she was given the responsibility to find out the printers and karigars to work on the actress' brands. She further claimed that Dipika's mom told her about the actress bagging a role in the reality show, wherein she had no idea about the same.

Well, one day, Dipika got angry and reacted, which led Saniya to a breakdown. After she calmed herself, and texted Dipika, asking her for another chance, the actress said that she couldn't work with her anymore, not because the young lady had committed anything wrong but because she got an offer in a show. Dipika clarified her situation in a calm way, and even asked Saniya to provide details so that she could arrange a ticket for her. Not only this, the actress even offered Saniya a freelancing position in Dipika's personal clothing brand.
