Aishwarya Rai and Kareena Kapoor are the two names in the Indian entertainment industry who are synonymous with flawless acting skills and divine beauty. The two actresses stepped into the world of glitz and glam at a very young age and, since then, have never stopped spreading their charms on and off screen. While Aishwarya debuted on the silver screen in 1997, Kareena was first seen on the screen in 2000.
A video has gone viral on the internet featuring the two extremely gorgeous divas, Aishwarya Rai and Kareena Kapoor. The same video is from an award show which took place in the early 2000s. For the unversed, when Kareena Kapoor began her career, she faced tough competition from Ameesha Patel, who also debuted the same year in the movie, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, opposite Hrithik Roshan. However, as per reports, Kareena was the first choice for the film, but eventually, Ameesha landed the role. The latter even bagged the Best Debut Of The Year award, while Kareena received the Face Of The Year award at the Zee Cine Awards.

The same video showcased the exact moment when Kareena went to the stage to receive the award. In the viral video, Kareena Kapoor didn't seem too pleased while accepting her award, which was evident from her body language and acceptance speech. She appeared to be highly upset and almost snatched the award from the presenter, Aishwarya Rai. Kareena accepted the award and said:
"I think I would like to thank Lux and Zee Cine Awards for giving me this honour, thank you."
However, what caught our and netizens’ attention was the divas' simplistic choice of clothing for the occasion. On the one hand, the beautiful former Miss World, Aishwarya wore a powder blue-hued strappy gown, which she paired with silver hoops, and chose blue eye shadow, kohl-rimmed eyes, nude lips and open tresses to accentuate her overall look. On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor donned an all-black OOTN, which included a long sleeveless kurti, flared pants, and a dupatta. She accessorised her ensemble with a watch and a bracelet and kept her makeup minimal and hair open.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt recently appeared on the show, Koffee With Karan 8. During the episode, Karan brought up Kareena's long-standing rivalry with Ameesha Patel. The feud began when Kareena stepped out of her intended debut film, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, which then went to Ameesha and became a massive hit. He asked Kareena why she was not present at the success party of Gadar 2 that Sunny Deol threw to celebrate such a great milestone.
Although the actress tried to say that she was out of town, Karan jumped in and made it absolutely clear that she was, in fact, in town. The more Kareena tried to dismiss this conversation, the more the filmmaker tried to get some controversial answer from her. Finally, while talking about Ameesha bagging the 2000s' immensely popular film, Kareena said:
“I think films are destiny, and everyone went on to do their best.”
