Nischay Malhan, who we know as 'Triggered Insaan', is one of the most popular YouTubers in the country. He is known for his content around gaming, especially Minecraft. He also gained popularity for his commentary on a spectrum of topics, from reaction videos to rants. Recently, one such reaction video got the famous YouTuber into trouble.
For the unversed, the popular YouTuber, Nischay Malhan, took to his social media and announced his engagement with his longtime girlfriend, Ruchika Rathore. The couple shared pictures from the ceremony on December 6, 2024, and it melted everyone's hearts. However, it seems like now netizens have come across an old video made by the YouTuber's fiance, Ruchika, and they are calling Triggered out for his hypocrisy.
A discussion channel on Reddit shared a video showing how Nischay had roasted everyone doing the Kaccha Badaam trend. Meanwhile, his own fiance, Ruchika Rathore, danced to the same trend in the second half of the video. The channel questioned the YouTuber's duality, asking why he did not use the video of his fiance while doing the roast. The account shared the video with the caption:
"Hypocrite 'Triggered Insaan'/Nischay Malhan roasting everyone on the internet and earning money out of it and his fiancé meanwhile dancing on the same trend, why did he not use her video?"
No sooner did the video surface on the internet than the users started to chime in to share their thoughts on the matter, and it seemed like they all agreed. Netizens also saw the duality in 'Triggered Insaan's' roast and called out his biases. One user wrote that they want to see a YouTuber roast the Malhan family. Another user shared that it was karma hitting back for being hypocrites, and calling them out was necessary.
However, they did not stop there, a Redditor highlighted how a person only points out other people's mistakes but never works on their own. The comment was followed by another user saying that only Ruchika can do the trend, and if other girls do it, the YouTuber gets them roasted. A Reddit user even pointed out that if someone were to roast the Malhans, they would call it negative PR and be sympathized with.

Both 'Triggered Insaan' and Ruchika Rathore are famous internet personalities. The former enjoys 23.5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and 10.7 million followers on Instagram. His fiance, Ruchika, is also a content creator and has a following of 1 million on Instagram and 374k subscribers on YouTube. She is known for making videos on trending audio and loves to document her life. In February 2022, she made one such video on the trending song, Kaccha Badaam, which 'Triggered Insaan' and also made a roast video. Now, the two clips have surfaced together, making netizens question the YouTuber.
