While the wedding preparations are in full swing, there have been rumours that OTT streaming platforms have approached the couple for the rights to their wedding film. Reportedly, Chaitanya and Sobhita have come to a decision and picked the OTT platform they would like to sell their wedding film to. According to an expert source, Chaitanya and Sobhita have sold their wedding film to the streaming giant, Netflix.

If reports from expert Manobala Vijayabalan are to be believed, the couple has sold their wedding film to Netflix for a jaw-dropping Rs. 50 Cr. If the speculations are correct, Chaitanya is the second South Indian star after Nayanthara to have sold their wedding film to Netflix. Nayanthara's wedding footage was made into part of her documentary, Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale. However, Chaitanya and Sobhita have yet to comment on the report.

It was reported that even though various digital platforms were competing for the rights, Netflix was the top contender with its reach in over 190 countries and its ability to generate hype regarding such films. The source also shared that since it will be a star-studded celebration, it will foster more intrigue. It was quoted:

"It’s going to be more than 8-hour long wedding rituals according to the Telugu Brahmin traditions, which is what Sobhita and Chaitanya are following for their wedding.
