Television actress, Mohena Kumari Singh, who is popular for playing the role of ‘Kreeti’ in Star Plus’ hit show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, just entered a new phase of her life. Her wedding with Suyesh Rawat and her wedding hashtag #SuMoKiShaadi is trending on social media. Mohena's red lehenga for her wedding radiated royalty. Her outfit featured traditional Rajasthani golden embroidery and matching golden jewellery. She looked every bit of a royal princess with her Rajputana Poshak and jadau jewellery. Her groom, Suyesh Rawat opted for a beige-hued embroidered sherwani and safa.

Recently, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Mohena opened up on her arranged marriage with Suyesh. She had shared, "I always had this feeling that I will have an arranged marriage. I was inspired by the movie Vivah, I liked the system. I realised that in this industry you don't have time and I somehow enjoyed this process also. My mother asked me to see the guy and I agreed. I found the process very cute."
Mohena had also shared what attracted her towards Suyesh and his family and had stated "I like happy people and this family, and my fiance are those. I don't know, I couldn't say No. Suyesh was very honest and very transparent. I look through people, and seeing people, seeing somebody so honest and pure, I couldn't say no to this beauty." She further added, "Suyesh and I connected over mountains, hence I wanted a mountain engagement but the beach one happened and it was very beautiful."
In an interview with The Times Of India, Mohena Kumari Singh had revealed that her wedding trousseau was finalised by her mother and sister-in-law. She had revealed, "My entire wedding trousseau has been finalised by my sister-in-law Yuvrani Vasudhara Raj Lakshmi and by my mother Maharani Ragini Singh. I am pretty much just going to pick-up those bags and go to my new house."

In another interview, Mohena had shared the reason for keeping things private and had stated, "I am a very non-starry and grounded person. I don’t fly high, I am just like a girl-next-door. I don’t think too much about news relating to my personal life getting leaked and all. Having said that, of course, I wanted to keep things a little private as it’s going to be an arranged marriage for me. I did not really want to talk much about it. After her wedding announcement, everyone was curious to know whether she will continue her work. And Mohena had revealed the same in one of her interactions with The Times of India. She had revealed, "Post marriage, I will say goodbye to acting and Mumbai. My life is all set to take a 180-degree turn. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Even my industry friends were taken aback with my decision, but that’s the kind of person I am. I follow my heart. I have taken several leaps of faith in my life and this is the biggest so far."
