The film skillfully blends historical elements with the modern period. The movie featured Teja as 'Vedha', an orphan who was unaware of his powers and later transitioned into a Yodha to protect the world. Ever since the film was released, fans have been eagerly awaiting to know about its ending. Here comes the details related to the film’s ending, mid-credits and more.
Before jumping into the film’s plot, ending and mid-credits, let's meet the cast of Karthik Gattamneni’s fantasy action-adventure film, Mirai. Teja Sajja portrays the role of 'Vedha Prajapati', an orphan, in the first half and plays the role of 'Super Yodha' in the second half. Manchu Manoj joins in as an antagonist, who plays the role of 'Mahabir Lama' a.k.a 'Black Sword'. Ritika Nayak portrays the role of 'Vibha', a monk who resides in the Himalayas, and Shriya Saran plays the role of 'Ambika', the mother of 'Super Yodha'.
Long ago, after the devastating Kalinga war, Emperor Ashoka was deeply shaken by the loss of countless lives. So to prevent such tragic destruction in the future, he hid the secret of immortality in nine sacred books and handed them to his most loyal guardians.
In the year 2000, 'Ambika', who could see the future and protected the ninth book, realised that a dangerous man named Mahabir Lama, also known as 'Black Sword', had an evil eye on the books. Mahabir wanted to collect them all, to gain immortality, and rule the world. Despite 'Ambika's' efforts, he managed to obtain a few books.
To stop him, 'Ambika' made a crucial decision that linked the fate of 'Vedha Prajapathi', a carefree orphan from Hyderabad, to the ancient legacy of the sacred books. Additionally, the story introduced Mirai, a divine weapon created during Lord Ram’s Treta Yuga, which played a pivotal role in the battle between good and evil.

The climax of Mirai featured a showdown between 'Vedha' and the dangerous villain, 'Mahabir Lama', also known as 'Black Sword', who seeks to utilise the 9th scripture, Mirai, to become immortal and rule like a god. 'Vedha', who grew up as an orphan in Hyderabad, carried the weight of his mother, 'Ambika’s' sacrifice and the guidance of 'Vibha', the monk. In the final battle, he didn’t just fight with all his strength, but also learned to use the power of the 9th scripture in the right way.
Instead of treating it just as a weapon, he understood it as a symbol of compassion, balance, and legacy. 'Black Sword' fought a fierce battle with his ambition filled with cruelty, but 'Vedha' endured and proved himself to be a 'Super Yodha'. He showed that the real power lies in responsibility and purpose, and not in greed or destruction. By the end of Mirai, the world had been saved from complete destruction. The 9th scripture didn’t go into the wrong hands and remained safe with the protector. The ending of the fantasy action-adventure proved that good will always win over evil.
Fans who went in a frenzy after watching Teja Sajja’s are set to experience a new adventure. Yes, you guessed it right. According to the mid-credit scene, the next part has been titled Mirai: Jaithraya. The sequel featured Baahubali fame, Rana Daggubati, who will be a new threat to 'Vedha'. Mirai: Jaithraya introduced Rana as a dark, powerful villain who has mysterious superpowers. The scene made it clear that 'Vedha's' win against 'Black Sword' was only the beginning.
