Mira Rajput has made a name for herself in the glamour world and loves putting forth her honest views and opinions quite openly for all. During a recent interaction with popular YouTuber, Janice Sequeira, Mira strongly shared her disagreement with being called a star wife. She elaborated on the fact that while it is easy to call the wife of a star a ‘star-wife’, it does not happen the other way round, as no husband of a female actor gets labelled as a 'star-husband'.

Mira Rajput once said that her daughter is not a 'puppy' whom she can leave at home, but her remark didn't go down well with people. Later, in an interview with Film Companion, Mira talked about getting married, having kids at a young age and choosing to become a homemaker. She added that she was being judged for her decisions. Mira also reflected on her 'puppy' comment and hurting people's sentiments, saying:
"I probably acted out by saying things that I don’t think I agree with them right now. I think I have come a long way from that, and I can understand why it wasn’t taken well. I can understand why people must have felt what I did. I think I was in a very vulnerable emotional space. I was trying to defend myself."
