Meet Baba Siddique's Daughter, Arshia Siddique: A Doctor By Profession Who Briefly Joined Politics

Baba Siddique was one of the most famous politicians of recent times. He joined Ajit Pawar's NCP after a long-standing association with the Indian National Congress (INC). Apart from his political endeavours, he was renowned for hosting lavish Ifrar parties. All the biggies of Bollywood attended his parties, including Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. However, in an unfortunate turn of events, the politician was shot dead by three unidentified goons.

The politician was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital after the firing for treatment. However, the politician did not survive and passed away in between treatments. Baba Siddique is survived by his wife, Shehzaan Siddique, son, Zeeshan Siddique, and daughter, Arshia Siddique. His son followed his dad's footsteps and joined politics, but his daughter took a completely different route.

Arshia Siddique was born on July 29, 1989, to Baba Siddique and his wife, Shehzaan Siddique. She did her schooling at DY Patil University School Of Management and later went to UCL, London. She pursued a bachelor's in medicine and surgery, MBBS and then studied MSc management and business administration.

Arshia Siddique joined politics after completing her education, but it was for a brief period of time. She was born and brought up in a political family, as her father was a prominent political figure. But after a few months into the profession, Arshia Siddique realised her real calling. She wanted to serve people just like her dad but in a different capacity. So, Arshia Siddique followed her passion and started practising medicine.

Arshia Siddique's entrepreneurial endeavours

Since 2011, Arshia Siddique has been involved in various entrepreneurial endeavours. She first established a head and tablet company, Zears Impex, and later, in 2016, she co-founded Skrite Labs in the US. A year later, she became the CEO and founder of Shopease Techsoft Private Limited. The Siddique family are known to be foodies, and Arshia Siddique is no different. In 2022, she started a cafe, Kunafa World, in Bandra.
