Maxon Margiela, also known as Mason Reyes reportedly had been suffering from mental health issues for a long time.

Maxon Margiela, the up-and-coming gen-alpha rapper, released his first album, Healthy, back in November 2024. Following this, in the same year, he released another single track, Austin Powers. The track instantly went viral on social media, gaining more than 50,000 followers for the rapper. If the reports are to be followed, Maxon, who was allegedly suffering from mental health troubles, died by committing suicide.

He was born in Florida and became a regular name in the underground scene. He also performed events like the Floating World Festival in Dallas. Maxon Margiela's untimely death was confirmed by his fellow artists. Following this, his sister, Mya Reyes confirmed the shocking news. She took to her social media handle and shared a childhood photo with Maxon Margiela. Sharing the photo, she penned that she loves him. She captioned the post as:

"I love you, I Miss You. Sleep Well."

It was a confirmation of the sad news that had been circulating. Mya didn't reveal the reason for Maxon's demise at 21, well, several of his fellow artists have been sharing posts about mental health issues, while speculations are rife that the underground rapper had taken the drastic step, and mentioned that he was suffering from mental health issues.
