'BB 19' Malti Chahar Pushes Tanya Mittal In Pool During Nominations, Says 'Jitna Rona Hai, Roley..'

The latest episode of Bigg Boss 19 witnessed high drama and emotions as wildcard contestant, Malti Chahar, the sister of cricketer, Deepak Chahar, made a fiery impression in her first week inside the house. While many housemates appeared unbothered by her entry, Tanya Mittal seemed particularly affected by the new contestant. The tension between them soon escalated into one of the season’s most talked-about moments.

The nominations task resulted in a splash of controversy between Malti Chahar and Tanya Mittal

The controversy unfolded during the nominations task, which took place in a haunted playground setting. For this week’s nominations, Bigg Boss divided the contestants into two groups. Since Farhana Bhatt and Malti Chahar were already safe from eviction, they were given the special power to nominate others by pushing them into a pool. Malti first nominated Abhishek, who took the decision in a sporty manner. However, in the next round, she chose Tanya Mittal and pushed her into the pool.

What seemed like part of the game soon turned emotional, as Tanya began crying inconsolably after the task. When Malti later approached her to ask why she was crying, Tanya responded, “I am not angry with you.” Malti, however, stood her ground, replying, “Cry as much as you want; I’ll still push you into the pool if I have to do it again.” The cold exchange quickly became a hot topic both inside and outside the Bigg Boss' house.

Malti Chahar questions Tanya Mittal’s dramatic behaviour

After the task, Malti was seen sitting with Gaurav Khanna and Mridul Tiwari, analysing Tanya’s behaviour during the game. In a candid conversation, she accused Tanya of being overly dramatic and strategic with her choices. Malti commented, “It’s not like Tanya wears sarees only. When she knew the task involved going into the pool, I realised she was overacting. She came wearing a saree just to react that way. It’s her way of grabbing importance.” Her statement sparked a debate among fans, with some agreeing that Tanya was trying to play the sympathy card, while others felt Malti’s comments were harsh and uncalled for.

Fans are divided into team Tanya vs team Malti

The moment quickly went viral on social media, with fans taking sides. Supporters of Malti applauded her for being straightforward and fearless, commenting things like, “Fantastic, Malti! Tanya deserves this!” and “Good game, Malti.” On the other hand, Tanya’s fans rallied behind her, expressing sympathy and calling her a strong contestant. One user wrote, “I feel bad for Tanya.” Another added, “Tanya is the winner because everyone targets the strong.” The incident has clearly divided the Bigg Boss audience, adding drama to the ongoing season.
