After 14 years of marriage, Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij are heading for a divorce," caught the actress's attention, and she responded in the comments.

The post stated that Mahhi and Jay's divorce had been confirmed by a source, and the divorce papers were signed and finalised between July and August 2025. It also mentioned how custody of their three children has been decided. However, Mahhi didn't take the post lightly and took to the comment section and stated:

"Don’t post false narratives. I will take legal action against this."

According to a Hindustan Times report, Jay and Mahhi separated a long time ago.
