If people were to do shots for each time they missed their ex and felt like texting them, most of us would stay drunk for quite a while post-breakup. It doesn’t matter whether it was a messy or the mutual one, breakups are always hard. Only when we really wish to move on, the 'out of sight, out of mind' is the only trick that actually works. However, not every relationship follows the same mantra as some try to retain the friendship post-breakup. But not every time, the idea of becoming friends with an ex gets a thumbs up. Looks like Chandrakanta co-stars and ex-lovebirds, Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli are proving to be the testament of being friends with an ex! In a clip shared on Star Plus official Twitter handle of the upcoming dance performance of Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli, Nach Baliye judges, Raveena Tandon and Ahmed Khan were all praises for the ex-couple. At the end of the performance, Ahmed told them that they don't require mirrors as they can see themselves in each other. And Raveena asked them to hug each other, to which Vishal blatantly refused despite repeated requests from her. Madhurima was visibly upset and disappointed with Vishal's attitude.
Madhurima Tuli reposted the video on her Instagram handle and captioned her post as, “My first performance of #NachBaliye9 Super excited for you’ll to watch. Thank you for all your love and support. I want to avoid the disrespect and focus on my performance!! Tune in to @starplus every sat-sun 8pm. @banijayasia.”

For the constant fights between Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli, the makers of Nach Baliye 9 have been pondering on if they want this ex-couple to continue. As per a Pinkvilla report, a source has said, "The makers have been facing quite a few problems because of Madhurima and Vishal who continue to create a ruckus on sets hampering the shoots. Though they performed very well as a couple, their off-screen friction is now affecting the process of the shoot." Just before the premiere of Nach Baliye 9, in which the lovebirds-turned-exes, Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli have participated, the former had talked about walking the fine line between professional and personal life as he had geared up to share the stage with his ex. In an interview with the Mid-Day, when he was asked, “Are you nervous about teaming up with your ex for Nach Baliye 9?”, Vishal had replied, “The only reason I was hesitant to do this show was the 'ex' factor. But my friends and well-wishers explained that the show has come my way at an opportune time and asked me to try my hand at it. This will be my first reality show.”
"The show has been designed to harp on the friction and tension between former flames. Where will you draw the line?" To this, Vishal Aditya Singh had said, “I have made it clear that I won't give them [the makers] fodder by indulging in behind-the-scenes drama. I would prefer it if they didn't know about our fights. I am not hungry for publicity. I don't believe in creating fake fights and getting votes. I don't want to disrespect her either. I want to do this in a healthy spirit.” Revealing if rehearsals are tough for them considering breakups can lead to bitterness, Vishal had continued, “Break-ups often lead to fights. So, whenever we meet and if the topic [of the relationship] arises, we end up fighting. But at the end of the day, we are both participating to win. It's not going to be easy.”
When asked, “Why did you two call it quits in the first place?” Vishal Aditya Singh had retorted, “(Long pause) She was not right for me. When someone starts belittling you, it becomes difficult to live with them. I am desi, and she had a problem with that. I don't converse much in English, I choose to talk in Hindi. We belong to different schools of thought. When someone tries to change you completely, the only option is to walk away.” (Also Read: Srishty Rode And Rohit Suchanti Make Ex-Bigg Boss Co-Contestant, Somi Khan's Birthday Super-Special)
